From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was cozy, cute, and creatively inviting, setting the perfect tone for an amazing experience. THE FOOD? Absolutely incredible. We ordered enough to last the weekend, and let me tell you—those Brisket Burnt Ends & The Brisket Burger somehow tasted even better the next day! “This is one of the few original route 66 restaurants that is still in business today! We saw them in. A route 66 documentary and had to see it for ourselves. Food is honestly, large portions, and large variety. Service was fast and friendly. Price was good. There's even a route 66 state park nearby.“

“My favorite place for a burger in West County. Beer is cold and staff is friendly. Good healthy options if you’re into that kind of thing. Golf simulators, but remember to make a “tee time” which is easy to do via their website.“

“50th Anniversary for my in-laws. Space was very clean when we went to set up and they had just done another event that morning. Staff was super helpful while we were getting the place ready. Everything was ready when we got there and staff was friendly and even helped us with music and cutting and plating the cake.“

“There are always good choices on the menu, but I was looking for a light meal. I picked an old time favorite that I hadn't had for a while, Chicken Wonton Tacos and it was certainly a good choice. Carrie was our server and was friendly and attentive. I will be back soon.“

“I've tried 'em all, and love 'em all. The Shack. Spencer's. Courtesy Diner. Each a can't miss.
But it doesn't get any better than Slingers. They KILL omelets and hash browns and biscuits & gravy and pancakes. ALL the breakfast faves. And it's a pretty drive 15 min south of Eureka. One of the pluses for me.
Pssst... if you order coffee, THEY LEAVE A THERMAL POT ON YOUR TABLE!“

“Our local Irish pub has become our go-to place for comfort, good food, and genuinely kind people. The owners go above and beyond, the staff treats you like old friends, and the food is always incredible. You can feel the heart in this place every time you walk through the door. “I’ve never tried Snarf’s Sandwiches before, and we were craving something light for dinner, so I placed a pickup order. The order was ready really quickly, and the store was very clean and decorative inside.
Everything was pretty good. My Mom’s Turkey & Swiss was phenomenal, and definitely what I’ll be getting next time. My BBQ Brisket & Swiss was a bit tough, but the sauce made up for it. Finally, the “Snarfy” Chili was actually pretty good— spicy though!

“As an employee I may be biased however I would recommend this restaurant as both a great place to eat and work. The people make it a great place to work and the slow roasted beef make it hands down, the best roast beef around. with just a touch of seasoning salt it’s great as is or add some au jus and horseradish to complete it.“

“The Hay Market is within the Holiday Inn at Six Flags and is within a historical dairy barn that was converted many years ago...
Through out the years we have dined here off and on... on Thanksgiving Day they offered a holiday themed buffet... which was delicious...
Melissa was our waitress that day... she was attentive and stopped by to make sure we we not in need of anything... everyone was kind and wonderful...

“Aug 11 about 9:30 am. What a wonderful brunch spot. It’s between two sections of a shopping center and at a hair raising intersection but the breezeway was perfect on a summer day. Friendly staff, interesting menu, and a quick correction to an erroneously executed special request. We all ordered a different dish but all 5 of us were happy with the presentation and flavor. And no side-eye for lingering. Wish I didn’t live 300 miles away-I’d definitely come back!!!“

“My husband and I stopped in Saturday night. We are new to the area and someone referred us to check it out. We sat at the bar and the bartender's name was Ashley! She was so nice, gave us her favorites and recommendations. I tried the Elderberry Martini which was delish! My husband had the smoked Old Fashion. I love the great variety of the menu. And they offer a Gluten free menu. I wanted to try everything. We landed on the firecracker cauliflower appetizer which was amazing. For dinner we had the Cajun pasta and the Fish and chips. We will definitely be back for the great Happy Hour they offer during the week that Ashley went over with us too.“
