“i realized months later i posted this review on google but not here. after getting a notification that their google page received yet again another negative review regarding THE SAME ISSUE i expierenced, i felt compelled to post here. First off, I miss Amy. She was great—always smiled, made customers feel welcomed. The crew they have now is just a bunch of kids who have absolutely no work ethic nor common decency toward their customers. I ordered an iced matcha latte with cinnamon syrup. The gal who handed me my drink did not say anything… was rude. I took a drink of my iced matcha and settled at the bottom was about a half-inch of pure cane sugar. When I brought it to the window to address it, the gal who made it— instead of apologizing and offering to remake it—began to argue, stating, “Well I made it and I know I didn’t put sugar in it.” So that was fun. Then, when I requested my drink be refunded, she began arguing with me to just remake it instead of refunding me. Sincerely hope they train their new staff on being kind to customers and basic people skills. However, they have officially lost another customer. It appears I am not the only one who has had an issue with the new staff… that’s a shame. For reference, this occurred during the summer of 2025.“

All told: I’d go back. Comfortable spot, good coffee, minimal drama. Just maybe don’t expect the coffee gods to deliver your order via lightning bolt.“

“So ive gotten coffee here a good few times, sure ive messed up what i ordered a few times, but when I had it right it was fantastic, perfect even. but the last 3 times ive went its gotten progressively worse, I dont know if its training or something along those lines, I get it everyone would make something a bit different... but I just left with my foo foo sugary coffee thats usually like candy and makes me all happy, this was just bitter and sad... “I am a single mother/care giver of my disabled daughter- we come to this starbucks regularly and tonight, one of the Baristas truly touched my heart and I just wanted to share my gratitude. I didn't catch her name because I was overwhlemed but she's an angel. She remembers my daughter and I and what we order...tonight, while we were waiting in line and she was the only one working, she was quietly making my daughters drink and had it ready for us when we got up to the register. My daughter hates waiting.
