“The coffee was great! I got an iced white chocolate mocha and my boyfriend got a hot white chocolate mocha. They also have ice cream and other sweet treats. There was cozy seating and a small section for kids to play. Overall great place for the entire family.“

“i realized months later i posted this review on google but not here. after getting a notification that their google page received yet again another negative review regarding THE SAME ISSUE i expierenced, i felt compelled to post here. First off, I miss Amy. She was great—always smiled, made customers feel welcomed. The crew they have now is just a bunch of kids who have absolutely no work ethic nor common decency toward their customers. I ordered an iced matcha latte with cinnamon syrup. The gal who handed me my drink did not say anything… was rude. I took a drink of my iced matcha and settled at the bottom was about a half-inch of pure cane sugar. When I brought it to the window to address it, the gal who made it— instead of apologizing and offering to remake it—began to argue, stating, “Well I made it and I know I didn’t put sugar in it.” So that was fun. Then, when I requested my drink be refunded, she began arguing with me to just remake it instead of refunding me. Sincerely hope they train their new staff on being kind to customers and basic people skills. However, they have officially lost another customer. It appears I am not the only one who has had an issue with the new staff… that’s a shame. For reference, this occurred during the summer of 2025.“

“After having a terrible experience again at another location, it made me realize how much I LOVE this one. Place is always nice and clean, the staff is always friendly, they are very fast, and nobody makes my favorite shaken espresso as good as the baristas here. All other locations should take a lesson from this one.“

“Starbucks can do no wrong in my book. I love them and they never fail wen I go there to get my iced matcha correct. It's an awesome drink... Iced matcha w oat milk, brown sugar syrup, & cinnamon powder!! Mmmmm!! I recommend trying this drink, the syrup takes the grassy taste away!“

“Recently visited this location instead of Arnold, and it was an absolute delight! Despite the streamlined setup, the experience felt just as personal and welcoming as any traditional Starbucks store.
The baristas were friendly, efficient, and attentive, ensuring my order was taken accurately and served promptly. The line moved quickly, and the entire process felt smooth and well-organized. My drink was prepared perfectly, with the same consistency and quality I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.
The drive-through setup is incredibly practical, offering a hassle-free way to grab your favorite coffee or snack without compromising on service or quality. The layout was clean, modern, and easy to navigate.

“Gabriella made my drink today, she was super friendly! I was having a bad morning and she wrote a sweet note and drew flowers all over my cup, it really turned my day around! Any other time I have gone to this location, the workers have always been very friendly.“
“I live 25 minutes away and I will drive past all of the Starbucks to come here! Even if I don’t have to shop at target I come here every other one I’ve been to my drink will be half full and taste nothing like what I ordered, The ladies here are always the sweetest, and all of my drinks are always on point. I can’t brag on them enough!!“
