“The staff at this store are amazing human beings. I called for delivery, but they do not deliver to my address, they told me they would give me a discount to pick it up. I thanked them and mentioned it was my Birthday and it was a nice suprise to get a discount. When I arrived to pick up my order, the guy that brought it out said " Happy Birthday! We all chipped in and got you a Birthday cookie." I cried, the day before this, my son had 2 horrible seizures, so I was in a sad state of mind, the gesture you all made touched my heart. Additionally, the soda lids weren’t properly closed, resulting in a mess all over my front seat. He was professional, courteous, funny, and seemed to really enjoy his job. The service and food were absolutely exceptional. It was the BEST Chick fil a food I have ever had. She chose a birthday dinner from the Herculaneum Dairy Queen (DQ) on our way to her dance class last night. We love THIS DQ! Their team is always super friendly and courteous. The food is made fresh when we order it. This location is currently under construction, but they are still open, ready to serve their tasty food, while helping our community. From the friendly greeting by a cashier named Kyle upon entering (yes, I was so impressed I noted his name; and no I don't know him outside of this transaction) to just the nicer, newer, clean layout of the place compared to the other locations I've been to, it was a wonderful experience. While I've never had a horrible experience at Arby's, I can't say I've always had 5 star service at Arby's, nor been this favorable about every visit. But on Saturday September 25, at the Lamplighter Square store in St. Louis, I became a huge fan of Arby's again. My mom was in the rehab facility down the street so I ate here for lunch a lot of days for about 2 weeks in a row and you can really find out about a place when you eat there almost every day. I mostly had breakfast and lunch and was all through the drive-thru. Every single time the food was good, and the wait time and prices are reasonable. I got a salad several times and it was fresh and delicious every time and I got a burger and fries and some cookies and it was all hot and fresh and delicious too. I wish I knew her name but the girl with the short black hair that works the drive-thru window does a really good job and so does the lady with the distinctive voice that works the speaker. I think this is probably my favorite fast food place in the area and I really like their salads so I'm sure I'll be back a lot. I'm not even going to try another Wendy's because I don't want to be disappointed this one does so well!“

“The service here is great, however, the food quality control is questionable. I ordered a Mexican pizza and a crunchy taco supreme to-go. I opened it up when I got home for dinner. The taco was good, but the Mexican pizza was spoiled. The tortilla shell was rancid and tasted like stale cardboard. It was noticeably past its expiration date. I threw the whole thing out, since it was inedible and I didn’t want to get food poisoning.
I went back the next day after speaking with the manager that day and she said to come in and they will provide a new Mexican pizza. I was able to get another Mexican pizza that tasted delicious and was not spoiled.“

“We have done this for 5 or 6 years now, and the last two they keep taking the decorations down and cleaning up before 9:00. It just seems like they're trying to rush you out of there. If you take reservations until 9:00 then maybe you shouldn't take the decorations down until after 9:30. We had an 8:30 reservation and by 8:45 they were pulling the tablecloths off and putting up the decorations. It made us feel like we were being rushed.“

“I’ve been coming to this Sonic location on and off for over 5 years, and I honestly can’t recall a single noticeably bad experience. Most of my visits are in the morning for breakfast, and they have consistently done an outstanding job—especially with the breakfast burritos.

The food is always hot, fresh, and made with great attention to quality. I also want to highlight the blonde carhop who’s been working most mornings for as long as I can remember. She is always very friendly, fast, and ensures my order is perfect every time.
