I went for the tenderloin sandwich a few days ago. The bun was burnt, the tenderloin was extremely overcooked. The fries were not even warm. Left the majority on the tray and left. Definitely not like when the previous owner had it. Not to mention the increased prices.
I have been going to Big Burger for YEARS!! Now it's under new owner/management which is great because now the inside eating and ordering is available! We been going since we moved to the northland in 1978! We like the hamburgers and onion rings but we go primarily for their ice cream!! "The best ice cream in the world! I've been going to Big Burger for over 20 years and never had an issue until now. It's sad that the service I had become accustomed to has become "be sure to check your order before you leave". Got 2 tenderloin meals one sandwich I wanted cheese only (that one was correct) mine I wanted everything on it expect the sauce. I wanted to sub mayo instead. Got home my husband's sandwich was correct, but mine was not. Had only mayo on it. Lucky for me I had lettuce and onion in the fridge....read full review
