Most of the reviews Ive read seem to be pretty spot-on, my waitress was great but based on the attitudes of some of the other staff I could see someone getting a bad time. Also agree with all the posts saying the place is horribly ran, the posted menu outside has an incorrect price for the surf and turf at $17 which I knew to be pretty suspect but I came in hoping I was wrong, it's $37... they were out of any dressing outside of ranch, only had 1 kind of cheese, and couldn't make...read full review
Good food but terrible service. You have to wait awhile for them to clean your table off from the previous person, wait for a menu, and wait for them to take your order. You will be here for 2 hours once everything is said and done and it’s not even busy.

Not a good image of Kansas City at MCI! Bland food, average service. We ordered brunch ... tots were stale smelling, the omelet was fluffy but bland, and the scrambled eggs were totally without salt or pepper or any flavor.. in general, very meh place... won't eat there again.
