“This McDonalds is outstanding. I work by this location and it's by far the best location I have visited in years. I live towards kansas side and it is far better than any McDonalds where I live. Thenstaff is ALWAYS very nice and efficient. Food is always fresh and hot. I would recommend this location for any time of day! “It's fast food and the quality isn't as bad as some make it to be. It's Midtown Kansas City and they do get busy. But it's 24 hour service and when you're hungry, you're hungry. Always been my go-to stop for a quick meal.“

“I am a delivery driver for Amazon and am all over Kansas city MO and KS all the time. I have to say this is by far the best McDonald's hands down. The food is always fresh and Correct. I have been coming to this one for over 2 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's very rare to never have a problem at a fast food place but they have it down to a science. “It's McDonalds. Food is pretty much the same everywhere. Service is made complicated by the ordering kiosks which I find hateful when ever I see them. This McDonalds has a number of homeless people milling about. It seems they beg in shifts; new ones show up every couple hours. Creepy in an otherwise nice area“

It’s a fast food restaurant I get that it has fast in its name but what do you expect when most of you want your food cooked fresh, crispy, etc. that stuff is gonna take time and you have to be understanding of their time as well, if you are in a rush don’t get in a line of cars waiting for their food before they can make yours and another thing mobile orders don’t mean your food is already made and you just pick it up it means you payed online but they still have to make your food along with everyone else’s. “My family and I were visiting KC and needed a quick bite for a big group of people. We happened to see this McDonald's so figured we'd give it a shot. I ordered through the mobile app for drive thru pickup.
The staff was very friendly and our food came out fresh and accurate. We thought there might be some mistakes due to the size of the order, but it was absolutely accurate, from the toppings on individual items to the sauces for the nuggets.
