Mineral Lounge is a hidden gem on Broadway with a beautiful interior and spectacular views of the city and Kauffman Center. It is a great option for pre or post symphony/ballet. The ambience is fabulous, service top notch, and the food is amazing. Everything on the menu was selected with intention and expands the view of Mediterranean cuisine. The cocktails not only look beautiful, they taste complex and crafted. Original and delicious cocktails are offered alongside a great list of wines by the glass. The wine list is crazy good. Specific dishes include the Salty Kiss, the Old Soul, the Tannin fudge stuffed peanut butter cookie, goat cheese + honey ice cream, focaccia, prawns, and lamb. The everyday Happy Hour is wonderful. The service is friendly and attentive. Mineral Lounge offers a wonderful happy hour, dinner, or a bite to eat before heading to Kauffman. It is always a wonderful experience and one of the best lounge experiences with amazing food, service, and drinks.
