Love stopping in for something quick! The Island Glow smoothie is so good and the Pacific wave toast is wonderful. The workers there are also so friendly! Tina is so friendly and I always look forward to coming whenever she is working the register! The vibe and decor is so cute and comfy too definitely transports you onto that tropical island that doesn’t exist in the Midwest lol.

Press’d Cafe and Lounge is a spot to get quality juices in an aesthetically pleasing interior with a cute patio. The staff is always so friendly. Customers have to try the Heart Beet. It is a great place for something quick. The Island Glow smoothie is so good and the Pacific wave toast is wonderful. The vibe and decor is so cute and comfy and transports you onto that tropical island that doesn’t exist in the Midwest. The drip coffee was some of the best in all of KC. The protein balls were filling and made locally. The breakfast sandwich used one of those Pillsbury-like flaky biscuits which was really tasty and unique. There’s plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. The pastries were sweet rather than savory. Furniture was very comfortable. There was one gender neutral bathroom. Two TVs make more sense when it serves as a bar. It was rather distracting otherwise. It is a quick 5 min. walk to City Market and it’s right off the streetcar route. The customer service is always a 100/10 and their press’d bowl is a favorite item on the menu. It’s so calming and relaxing. The Cabana Mocha Latte and a strawberry pop tart are amazing. The menu has a lot of great options and is simple at base. You can definitely get vegan and vegetarian options here (avocado toast). The location is in a really diverse part of the city with a ton of potential. This place is new, and they are still finding their groove, so if you go please make sure you’re kind to the staff especially.
