This is the type of Chinese restaurant that you don’t see often, in my opinion. It still has the ambiance, the feel, and decor of a Chinese restaurant. What a gem I tried 4 (!) different preparations of duck last night at Princess Gardens on 89th & Wornall (near absolutely nothing else), and we had a excellent dinner.The Peking Duck is their crowning glory and it was delicious. Sam carves up duck like he does it 50x/week because he does! Sue led us to this dish, insisting we would miss out on the true possibilities of duck without it and she was right. The most authentic food in the area! I wish they were closer to Lee’s Summit! We ordered Moo goo Gai Pan and Shrimp Egg Foo Young!! Very hearty and delicious! Great service. Great Food!
