This is a really nice local eating place in a more downtownish Kansas City location, which lives up to it's name, hosting frequent live music. Prices are reasonable, food is good, and opportunity to catch live music.. makes for a great combo! I had a salad and a cup of tomato bisque. Both were good and the soup was fresh. They seem to have a nice selection of sandwiches, smoothies, drinks and deserts.
I love songbird café the food is great and the customer service is greater. Lots of healthy food options for those who want fresh smoothies and drinks and salads and more. Vegan friendly.

Just had Songbird Cafe delivered. Got the Veggie sandwich, the lavender plate, and the hummingbird juice. I demolished that sandwich, it was so fresh and the bread was so flavorful. The lavender plate, let me tell you, was magical - highly recommend getting this delicious combination of lavender and goat cheese, paired with fresh apples and slightly crusty bread.
