This is our go to place. The food is always so good and Cash is the best waiter.
My partner and I are regulars here and I mean like, at least once a week regular. The tacos are, quite literally, the best tacos we've found outside of our adventures in Mexico. The quality is consistent and the servers are top notch and even know us by name. South of Summit has great taco Tuesday and happy hour specials too. Took my girlfriend for her birthday dinner. The atmosphere is pretty cool. Chips and salsa are free, the salsa is smooth which I like. My girl said chicken tacos were good. I ordered the quesobirria tacos which come with beans and rice. I asked if I could do without the beans and get double rice, most restaurants have no problem with this but the waiter said the chef wouldn't do it like that. Meh ok that's fine just odd.
