I got to visit this coffee shop today and as a public (non-student) visitor, I had a great time.A couple of tips:There is limited parking at the Student Center where the coffee shop is located. I parked at the chapel and walked up a short hill to get to the entrance. In a Yelp search for coffee shops, Tomlinson Café popped up - I had never heard of it; and even more surprising it's about 15 blocks from my house and has been open for several years. Tomlinson is inside the Student Center on the campus of The Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary at N. Oak and Vivion. A large campus on 220 acres that I had never set foot in until this week. Just to warn you, this is an on campus coffee shop so if you are okay with the college student atmosphere then you will likely love this place. Good coffee (one of the best in the northland) and very kind service from my experience. Seating can be difficult to find on certain days at certain times because students are often using them. Definitely worth a try to see if you like the vibe.
