“When I needed a cake for an impromptu party I decided only 12 days ahead on, I picked up the phone and called Sweet Spot Cake Shoppe and reached out to Donna. I had a kinda, round about idea of what I was after, but honestly I just wanted 1/4 sheet 1/2 chocolate 1/2 white with LIGHT icing and I wanted the USMC Globe and Anchor logo and a RR track around the perimeter. Her FIRST ATTEMPT (that's right 1st) was a Grand Slam. This cake is for a Vietnam Combat Veteran Marine and I wanted it perfect. SSCS blew my expectations out of the water. In fact, I'd say came in about 20-25% less than the same at the big chain bakeries, not to mention it was one fresh, perfect cake, nothing misspelled or 3" of frosting on top of some dried out 4 day old cake that was mass produced. Made to order and more affordable! 5 stars across the board! Thanks for making the party complete!“

I wish I would have gotten the name of the lady who was working there because she was delightful, and now a days that's a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. “Loved that this place had a drive up & staff was very friendly. We ordered the twisted sugar, snickerdoodle, oatmeal chocolate chip and banana cream pie. They were competitively priced against other shops. Personally, loved the oatmeal chocolate chip, but found the cookie base on other flavors was a bit dense for my preferences. Overall I would go back to try other flavors + family loved them.“

“I love the Baja bowl, but lately it seems they are almost always out of something for it. Today there was no avocado, oh well. But I ordered it with grilled chicken and got no chicken on it :) so I basically spent $12 for quinoa, Greek yogurt and black beans. Didn’t check it till I got home. I still like going to this location…I’ll just double check my order before leaving next time.“

“The gentleman that was running the store off of Hwy K in O’Fallon, MO was very attentive, and supremely helpful when we went into the store. He offered assistance immediately upon entering. I got 2 salted rivets, a cinnamon rivet, a whole pretzel, and a pretzel dog. They were all fresh and tasted wonderful. I got the butter cream with the cinnamon rivet. My kids got the salted rivets. My older son got the brownie batter to dip it in and he ate ALL OF IT!! We got all of that for just over $20. I’m surprised they didn’t have more business to be honest. I highly recommend and I will be back.“
