The lettuce was so very fresh & crisp; the strawberries were perfectly ripe, juicy, & freshly sliced; the grilled chicken was a generous portion & still warm, but not so hot as to wilt the lettuce. “Arrived late in the evening shortly before they closed. There were two employees outside talking and they were both immediately polite, friendly and ready to take my order. Even the kitchen staff were polite and friendly even though it was the end of their shift. Food was fresh, hot, and very good. Service was exceptionally fast.“

“I work there and love it. I just wish that people with large orders would come inside so the people in drive through wouldnt have to wait for a small order. We do our best but sometimes my fellow employees and I get frustrated and I do apologize when our service isn't what it should be. We try to keep our food fresh and hot. Sometimes customers have to wait because we get a ton of people at once and it takes a little while to make our awesome food. So please be patient with us. “I just want to share that I called multiple fast food chains within Liberty, Missouri, to inquire if the food options were safe for me to dine at with my nut allergy. I was either put on hold, directed to a corporate office, or hung up on by all of those fast food chains that I called. I called Jersey Mike's Subs and someone actually picked up the phone- which was great considering my previous phone calls to other places, and assured me that I could safely eat at Jersey Mike's Subs. I appreciated that this Jersey Mike's Subs was in walking distance from the location that I was staying at and that upon arrival that I was helped in a friendly and timely manner. I appreciated that I was able to eat at Jersey Mike's Subs with my food allergies. I would also suggest, though not enough to deduct a star, that for those of us, like myself that order sandwiches in bowl form to offer packets of salad dressing for purchase to compliment that bowl.
