I live in St Louis City but I will travel this far for their food!!!!! Cannot go wrong here and I might add that all Imos restaurants pizza does not taste the same and I’ve tried many because I’m a Foodie🤣😂🥰💯“

I was working a private event with Blues Fired Pizza on Saturday and as I was closing the truck door to begin prepping and service, a friendly warm voice from an older gentleman said “Hello!” From the side as he was talking to the event coordinator. After shift I stuck around to wander the area and wanted to check out their truck. I met Steve (that friendly warm voice that had greeted me hours before) and he asked me how I was and how we did. Asked me if I’d like to order anything. I was shocked because I didn’t want to assume I could also order- having not been part of the event. I asked if it was okay and he said “Sure! We have to take care of our own!” With a genuine smile on his face. I heard stories of this industry being a cut-throat business. I was more than willing to pay for my pizza but Steve assured me it was okay. (I did drop a tip in their tip can) 🙂 ***** I had the 8" Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. Garlic/Ranch Sauce, Chicken, Bacon, Jalapeño, Cheddar Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese. (Pictured) It was AMAZING! I’m so tired of these big chain pizza places and I’m sooo happy that I went to Blues Fired Pizza’s truck! The dough was fresh, soft, and had that fire oven taste and crisp. You can tell the dough is made from scratch. I’ve driven past them numerous times in Kirkwood at their little pizza shack… but never stopped in. I’ll be glad to come by and order for sure! Some suggestions I have are that they should add pizza crust options such as cauliflower crust and/or whole wheat/whole grain options for customers who are concerned with their nutritional and health needs. They should also add salad options as well. Other than that, their staff is friendly and polite.“

Michelle was an impeccable waitress, readily accommodating my lunch partner's special requests (no ice, extra lemon, dressing on the side, extra napkins). She asked for these one at a time, necessitating multiple trips, all while Michelle was covering a great number of other tables. I prefer a quieter restaurant but it certainly was nowhere near as loud as the food court, so a great lunch overall.“

Parking: Spots infront of restaurant &huge parking lot belonging to Walmart one row behind &to the side. Plenty of parking for the whole strip.

Kid-friendliness: The ladies are super friendly with my kids. Always answering questions &asking them how they are doing also&what they are interested in. So nice. Family feelings when we walk in the door.

“This location has always done a great job at being consistent and accurate with my orders. Picklemans is a solid sandwich chain, they have a lot of sub sandwiches to pick from. I personally love their Italian beef with spicy gardenia peppers. They have a fantastic bread that’s soft and delicious. They also have great peppers here and you can get a jar of them too. My wife really loves their meatball and she just won’t try anything else. I have also tried their buffalo chicken sub and well anything else that’s spicy and love it all. We also very much enjoyed their pizza. The service here is usually fast and efficient and well everything hits here. Also the service is generally polite and friendly. The location itself is a decent size, they have space to dine in and plenty of parking in their shopping center.“

The ENTIRE dining area was full, yet the short staffed staff did not miss a beat. Drinks filled, food brought out, they did forget silverware but They were SO busy and also so on top of it! Truly impressed as a former server and hostess back in the day. My kids finished the cheese sticks in less than 5 minutes. The fettuccini was amazing, and so was the New York style pizza. The house dressing is good as well. On top of that the wait staff was so friendly and kind to Us. You sometimes sadly get dirty looks bringing 4 kids under 13 into a restaurants alone, even if they are well behaved! We will be back!!! Thank-You!“
