I was working a private event with Blues Fired Pizza on Saturday and as I was closing the truck door to begin prepping and service, a friendly warm voice from an older gentleman said “Hello!” From the side as he was talking to the event coordinator. After shift I stuck around to wander the area and wanted to check out their truck. I met Steve (that friendly warm voice that had greeted me hours before) and he asked me how I was and how we did. Asked me if I’d like to order anything. I was shocked because I didn’t want to assume I could also order- having not been part of the event. I asked if it was okay and he said “Sure! We have to take care of our own!” With a genuine smile on his face. I heard stories of this industry being a cut-throat business. I was more than willing to pay for my pizza but Steve assured me it was okay. (I did drop a tip in their tip can) 🙂 ***** I had the 8" Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. Garlic/Ranch Sauce, Chicken, Bacon, Jalapeño, Cheddar Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese. (Pictured) It was AMAZING! I’m so tired of these big chain pizza places and I’m sooo happy that I went to Blues Fired Pizza’s truck! The dough was fresh, soft, and had that fire oven taste and crisp. You can tell the dough is made from scratch. I’ve driven past them numerous times in Kirkwood at their little pizza shack… but never stopped in. I’ll be glad to come by and order for sure! “This place was pretty good. It’s definitely the classic St.Louis style pizza with provel cheese, which i happen to be very familiar with being from the city. Kind of has the IMOs kind of vibe to it. Pizza sauce was perfect not too sweet not too spicy. All the ingredients were fresh, and the pizza crust was really crispy. Will be coming back to try other options on menu“

We tried the Alabama shaker pizza and it was AMAZING. Pickles on pizza should be way more available! Unlike most pizza places there was only 1 TV so beware if you're hoping to watch the game while eating, it'll have to be on your phone. The prices were a little steep for a thin crust, but it was a cute joint and worth it for a casual date night.“

This has been our go to place for the past several years. I love that they have several different sides, a variety of salads, and their pizzas are delicious. “Drove to STL to visit the Laumeier Sculpture Park. Stopped by Mellow Mushroom for some food before the drive home. SO happy we did, we never heard of Mellow Mushroom but it quickly became one of my new favorite Pizza places. Such a cool ambiance! We got the Maui wowie and the funky Q chicken! 10/10 also; amazing crust!“

Giant flavors & mountains of love hidden inside. Family owned & operated, the baby was there & he was ADORABLE. Hope you get to meet him. The owners are warm, hospitable & the food was new & delicious! Compared to anything Indian I've experienced, this Bangladeshi fare was amazing. “Great service & great food!! We had a couple small issues (burger not done & a soda that was lacking syrup, it was almost all carbonation. It happens! 🙃). The double decker pizza is so good!! My daughter had the chili mac & it was such a huge bowl that we brought more than half of it home. It was yummy!“

The salad bar is pretty standard as is the pizza. And every so off Chucky comes out and takes pictures with the kids.“

“We had a lovely dinner at NOTO last night. One thing I like about NOTO is their menu changes seasonally which keeps it fresh and exciting. They have amazing Neapolitan pizza which was certified by AVPN in Italy. Service was spectacular. Charming atmosphere. I started off with NOTO house salads. Chefs kiss. Mortadella is a no-brainer for me. My partner got the Salsiccia. They were absolutely delicious. The whole experience definitely brought us back to Italy. We also liked the patata a lot. I did make a reservation one month in advance but it’s worth the wait. Highly recommended!“

“We are from out of town and always get a pizza from Imo’s while here. When ordering it this evening I just chose the closest location to where we were. I was surprised it was in a gas station but it was good food when we ate it, like always. I actually really like this concept. We had to get gas, use the restroom, got our pizza and got drinks. 1. The Kickin' Buffalo wings are out of sight (especially with a Rumple Minze shooter)

“Robert enthusiastically greeted us upon our arrival. He is very personable and professional. We were impressed with his pizza ingredient knowledge, regarding all the different kinds. Our all meat. Pizza was piping hot and delicious! The ingredients were obviously fresh. Both bathrooms were clean. The floor and the tables were spotless, awaiting their next guests. It was quite apparent to us that Robert was genuinely invested in our Jets pizza dining experience.“

I don't think I've ever had a pizza this thin, it's fantastic, sauce is on point as is the cheese and toppings. The toasted ravs are the best I've had in STL yet, I tried a place on the Hill and thought they were ok but yours are clearly better.

“This exact location is the reason why my faith have restored back in IMO’s. The last time before now was Oct of 2018. I didn’t think I would ever eat at the IMO’s establishment ever again. This place still value their customers and customer service. They actually greet you here and anticipate your needs.
