“This food was delicious. I had a salmon with freshly grilled squash, peppers and mushrooms. It was the first time I had ever been there and really enjoyed it. It is probably more of a takeout place than a sit and eat place as there were only narrow counters along the window wall, but they did a booming business while I was there. I highly recommend it“

“It is my daughter’s 16th birthday today and we made a reservation at their sister restaurant Bristol’s awhile back. It’s her favorite place to go because of the fried cauliflower. We got a call today and they had a fire so they couldn’t open but graciously made us a reservation at j Gilbert’s. My son got sick so I had to stay home but they called me and said they made her the fried cauliflower that she loves at Bristol’s tonight at j Gilbert’s!! My family said everyone is being so nice and definitely made my daughters night!! Thank you so much for all you did to make her 16th so special!! You guys are amazing!! I can’t thank you enough!!!“

“My husband had a birthday so his Mom and I decided to go to Kreis to celebrate. From beginning to end service was impeccable and the food was as good as you would expect from an institution that's been around since 1948. The highlights for my husband was the perfectly prepared prime rib, the wedge salad, and he enjoyed the on the house amaretto cheese cake with a festive sparkler. For his Mom and me, the filet medallions with mushroom red wine sauce were delicious and I particularly loved the apple strudel. I wish I could remember the name of our server with the slicked back brown hair because he deserves am extra shout out, but everyone there was pleasant and extremely efficient. I highly recommend!“

“Celebrated our grandson's 11th birthday at Bugatti's. Sarah (I believe I'm correct) was our main waitress. When she found out it was a child's birthday she came with balloons to put on the table to make it festive. She gave us (a party of 9) a great table kind of off by itself. The food was served hot and was very good. They had special child sized steaks with fries. The wait staff was very patient and attentive and made us feel welcome even though with three 11 year olds it got a little boisterous at times. We enjoyed our food and birthday gathering. Less than a 15min wait at 6:30 on a Friday which was nice. Chicken and ribs were falling off the bone and juicy! The lobster shrimp soup was so good, too.
