“The drive-thru after 10:00 p.m. took forever it felt like. I don't think they have enough employees because the one that took my order was very nice. And the food is always good. I was doordashing so it took forever it felt like and that's not good for my relationship with my customers that I'm delivering for. They need to hire more people“

“I will always recommend this McDonald’s, the morning staff is always super friendly. The only problem I have today. Is I ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel and I got an egg and cheese bagel. No steak at all. Other than that, it’s an awesome store. I have pics but it won’t let me add them“

“I've been to this location several times as I drive with Uber. Every single time I have ordered through the app my food comes out hot fresh and correct. It's extremely refreshing to see everyone in there in such good moods all over the time, they seem to really like their job. Even on a day during the summer when they had no air conditioning in the festival, they were all in good moods and the food was still coming out fresh hot and amazing. I will definitely recommend this as the top Taco Bell and all of Kansas City. I've talked to the manager a few times and she is always so pleasant. Her entire staff is amazing and I think that she knows that and she should know that she's doing a wonderful job.“

“Ate here yesterday and I want to give a huge shoutout to the manager Shauna (I hope I’m spelling your name right!), she was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my mom and I got our food and were happy.She was working the drive though window, taking orders and payments and handing customers their order all at the same time! When ordering I had issues with my app and it was preventing me from using one of the deals for our meal. Shauna stayed calm as I got nervous from holding up the line for a few minutes. I told Shauna it wasn’t a big deal if I couldn’t get the app working I would just pay for my meal at full price, however she committed to getting it working for my mom and I, and within a minute or two she got us our meal with the deal applied!I appreciated her going out of her way to make sure my mom and I had a good experience and enjoyed the meal. Her positive attitude made us feel invited and welcomed, where as at other establishments when staff have an attitude over a problem/something wrong I feel unwelcome and unwanted. People in the service industry should take notes from her because she did an amazing job!! Thank you again Shauna!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Parking: More than enough parking and drive through is very wide with two lanes.

“Service was fine. Staff got food prepped quick enough and were friendly. Sandwich tasted fine- like subway. But 12.00$ + for 6 inch meatball combo with small drink? Guess I am out of touch on pricing, but just seems way too expensive for the quality.“
