“I have been here several times and all the treats are so delicious. I am dairy free and gluten free for my health, which makes finding a safe dessert difficult. Im so thankful to have found Sweet Emotion! I recently purchased the espresso brown sugar gluten free cookie and the gluten free cosmic brownie. They were both incredible, soft, full of flavor, and most importantly safe foods! We purchased the chocolate ice cream with caramel and it was so tasty, soft, creamy, and full of flavor. It has been hard to find a dairy free option that was this creamy!“

“Product is always top notch. It’s the reason why people will wait so long to get it.

And that’s the reality. Due to a flawed process at this location, you will wait longer than need be. The counter person would take four orders and then walk away to make them leaving the window unmanned for nearly ten minutes. Customers coming to the window stood there for minutes with no engagement leading to a few simply walking away. Consumer dissatisfaction and loss of revenue on something that is easily correctable.

Is the product worth the wait? Absolutely. Could there be a better user experience? Most certainly

Best recommendation for this location? Use the drive thru. While the line looks painfully long, I was able to observe they were addressing - from start to finish - four drive thru customers to every one counter customer.

Don’t mind driving a few miles west? The next location on Barry road has always been the fastest Andy’s I’ve come across in the metro area. A few minutes of driving for a much better experience.“

“Finding the entrance was a little confusing, but the girl working was so sweet and good at explaining the froyo process as it was our first time here! I loved the low calorie option they had and the seasonal flavors were great! It wasn't busy, the tables were clean. Every topping you can think of. Would absolutely recommend.“

“Ice cream was really good with great variety. Only issue was it comes out a bit melty. Not like custard usually does, since spinning the toppings in adds heat. It's a bit more than that even. Otherwise a great little shop for ice cream at what I felt was a good price.“

“Great ice cream and a fun experience. They mix the toppings into the ice cream as you watch. It's really fun to watch. The prices are pretty high otherwise I'd rate higher. The ice cream tastes great and they have lots of choices. You can get samples in case you're not sure what it would taste like. They have pre made recipes or you can make your own. There are a few tables if you want to eat there.“

“The atmosphere was so so pretty it had pretty colors all over and cute little ice cream cones on the wall and more, there was also so so many different flavors of ice and food. The food was amazing and big for the price, the people were really sweet and ofc not the best with English but there was no problem for us asking for stuff, do not trust the people complaining for no reason, they were not racist my family is all white, mom and 2 kids lol. The only problem is most the place was Spanish so I had to go online for the menu and the internet wasn't the best but other then that little thing everything was amazing ❤️🫶“

on my way to work. Didn't realize it until I started eating in the car. I called to get a replacement. I was told to keep the regular tenders until after my shift and replace with the correct. I was hungry and of course ate before my shift. Partially my fault because I did not check my order before I left. Anthony at the window had great customer service food was good just not what I ordered. The male I spoke to on the phone was close minded to a mistake even being made. “Advertised as homemade ice cream I love this place, I’ve been going here for years on occasion and I can’t seem to taste anything other than my first choice I ever tasted on my first visit. I would describe as pricey for what it is but I also would say it’s definitely worth it. The options of combinations of toppings and flavors of creams is limitless. If you can try it I would say you should. Great place with great options to indulge on occasion. They also will accommodate special requests and let you try the creams before you commit to a certain flavor. Just ask to “To Taste” a flavor“
