“Just had my son’s 7th birthday party there today and we had a blast!! We had a party of 30 and our server Katherine was amazing! We always had our drinks, our food came out fast, and she was so sweet to my kid. She was really helpful with all the things I needed. I’m sure she had other tables but we couldn’t tell. We were there for about 4 hours and she did great the whole time. My friend told me she wants to have her daughter’s birthday there and is planning on requesting Katherine as her server. “This is our favorite breakfast place ever. It’s a great “Mom and Pop” style restaurant with great tasting food and fabulous service. I don’t know how they serve food for the priced they do. It’s nothing fancy but really wonderful.“

“This is mu favorite bar for fabulous food and a friendly face. Staff is always amazing. Ashley behind the bar makes creative shots, just tell her what you're in the mood for. Most nights the owner is checking on tables and making her rounds, always taking time to talk to the regulars. Food is amazing. Huge salads and canzone. “We ate their last night for dinner for the very first time. I must say the food was really good but, our appetizer came out which was the spicy Mac & cheese bites, they were good but cold in the center. I let the waitress know and she apologized. She took them back and bought a freshly made order and they were steaming hot and excellent! I got the double smash burger, which was really good, but it was cooked more like a regular hamburger because on a Smashburger the edges are crispy which adds to the flavor. My hamburger SB edges, even though it was a really good burger! I I would still recommend eating here because the food is really good and the service is excellent! I get it some days,there are off days and maybe that’s what happened. But we will definitely be back!“

“I was there last night with my dad for my birthday. It was just the two of us, and we didn’t mention that it was my birthday to anyone. Our server was Emma and she was the best! Emma was so attentive and kind. She checked on me while I was waiting for my dad to show up, and came back right away when he arrived. She also noticed that I had a birthday card and brought me a cup of ice cream after I was done with my food. She was very thoughtful and I appreciated her so so much!“

“The rudest manager I have ever met. the restaurant was only about 30% full and the hostess would not seat us at the table we wanted to sit at, even though 70% of the tables were empty. I asked her to ask the manager, and we still couldn't sit at the table we wanted. So, we decided to leave. On the way out, I stopped at the hostess desk and very politely asked her to pass along to the manager why we were leaving so that he would be aware because if I were manager, I would want to know why my customers left before ordering.. The manager came up behind me while I was telling her that and interrupted me saying to stop talking because he was aware of my opinion. He went on to say that he had been doing this for a long time and knows what he is doing. When I started to respond, he interrupted me again shouting "Stop talking!" and then, "Just leave!" I had made my request for the table very politely and was also very politely asking the hostess to let him know that we were leaving for that reason. To be interrupted twice and yelled at and told to stop talking and just leave in the manor he did so was outrageous behavior verging on threatening. I will never return and will encourage all the groups I routinely go to sports bars with to never return. If you are going to a sports bar to watch your favorite teams, this is definitely NOT the place to go. You will likely not be able to watch the teams you like and will get yelled at if you try. Customer service is definitely not something this place values.“

I decided I wanted a piece of cheesecake to go after she gave us the receipt in the folder and she never came back for me to tell her. I asked another server who directed me to the bar. Ordered and it took ten minutes to get it. Normally I wouldn’t mind but we had my MIL with us in her wheelchair. It came and was the Tiniest piece of cheesecake I’ve ever been served for $10 😳. I would recommend skipping dessert and go buy a whole cheesecake at Dierbergs next door for the same price and less wait.“

“Had a great experience despite the circumstances. I called when they opened to let them know I was bringing a group of 10 at a specific time in the evening! I was told, “Thanks for the heads up.” When we arrived we were told it would be 40 minutes and there was one waiter. The Hostess even called another location to see if we could get in sooner. Same wait, we decided to wait it out. We had excellent service from Katelyn and a gentleman, I unfortunately didn’t get his name who was trying to help her. Food came out fast, right and delicious. All the while Katelyn would have never made it feel as she was the only waitress in the entire restaurant. Thank you!!“

“Ordered a 8 oz. Sirloin and came with one side. The Sirloin was about 2 in. thick and 4 in. across. Gad a baked sweet Potato as a side. Ordered a separate side to make it a better meal. Still cost over $20. Had to ask for a sweet tea to go.“

She didn't even care about the issues either. No "sorry I'm terrible at my job." Nothing. Her name was "Kerrie" and you should avoid her. Was told there was no manager on duty on a Saturday night so that's cool too. Three other bartenders seemed uninterested in helping too. Won't go back and I'll tell everyone else the same thing. I would like to shout out to the door guy. He at least provided some customer service when I had an issue“

A very nice young man said he was going to remake it because it had sat and gotten cold. He had called our # twice...I didn't get his name (he had green hair under his hat if that helps!)...I did not ask for a new burger/he did that on his own. Thank You....grandson loves Freddy's burgers and shakes!“
