I was working a private event with Blues Fired Pizza on Saturday and as I was closing the truck door to begin prepping and service, a friendly warm voice from an older gentleman said “Hello!” From the side as he was talking to the event coordinator. After shift I stuck around to wander the area and wanted to check out their truck. I met Steve (that friendly warm voice that had greeted me hours before) and he asked me how I was and how we did. Asked me if I’d like to order anything. I was shocked because I didn’t want to assume I could also order- having not been part of the event. I asked if it was okay and he said “Sure! We have to take care of our own!” With a genuine smile on his face. I heard stories of this industry being a cut-throat business. I was more than willing to pay for my pizza but Steve assured me it was okay. (I did drop a tip in their tip can) 🙂 ***** I had the 8" Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. Garlic/Ranch Sauce, Chicken, Bacon, Jalapeño, Cheddar Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese. (Pictured) It was AMAZING! I’m so tired of these big chain pizza places and I’m sooo happy that I went to Blues Fired Pizza’s truck! The dough was fresh, soft, and had that fire oven taste and crisp. You can tell the dough is made from scratch. I’ve driven past them numerous times in Kirkwood at their little pizza shack… but never stopped in. I’ll be glad to come by and order for sure! “Food is really good if you can get the delivery order button to click on your phone, as they do not take delivery orders over the phone. Try removing the tip and re adding it, that’s what worked for me after about the 6th time of trying and calling them. I was about to give up because they said they do not take phone orders for delivery, but then removing the tip worked.“

“This place is actually really good. The bread they bring out with the olive oil is good. The seeds on top of the sliced bread pairs really well with the dipping oil and even gives great texture. They have homemade pasta which is always a plus. The lobster rigatoni is really good. There is a spice to the dish that's complimentary. The chicken parm was really good and completely unlike any other chicken parm that I had. It was almost like a fushion or Italian parm mixed with an Indian curry sauce instead of the traditional red sauce. Surprisingly, it worked though. I would rate the Chicken Parm a 8.5/10. Portion size was good, and the flavor fushion was awesome. The location is great, and the overall layout of the restaurant is clever with it's mirrors along the wall to create the illusion of a bigger restaurant. Go check this place out.

“went there Saturday and was upstairs at the bar i think it was close to 6. well anyhow the bartender was awesome! food was really awesome. I think i had the st louis burger. I was telling people that was a 2 hand burger! was really full after eating that. even though u were real busy food was great and people were friendly!“

“Nothing else served but Great pizza, better than Imos. There are lots of toppings on the pizzas ?. Not a whole bunch of parking available, only have maybe 7 to 9 places to park, street parking is available though. Only have passible seating for around 50 people inside the restaurant. Free refills on sodas, iced tea. Great overall dining experience. Will be going back there again.“

The response received indicated their pick up staff have been cut and I should come in to get my order. I would not have ordered had I known curbside pickup was unavailable. I called and told a staff member I couldn't come in and requested a refund. She asked me what type car I had and said she would send the order out. It took more than 15 minutes and a second phone call before they brought it out. (Another car pulled up during this time and received curbside delivery while I still waited.)“

“I used live in Mississippi and I would drive up from Mississippi just to get Faraci pizza and I liked all of their pizzas and salad. All of Faraci’s food on their menu was yummy. That I live in the lake of the Ozarks it’s a lot closer for me and I would drive up and order pizzas And bring them back. “I was host to approximately 30 to 35 professional people for an evening. The food was unbelievably delicious; and Taylor attended to us flawlessly. She never missed a beat and got it all right. The atmosphere was great in spite of it being a memorial service. There was a second table almost as large as ours, and there was plenty of room to spare. I had shopped around a few places; none of them seemed compatible for my needs. Mitch was the mgr., and he was great as well. He had asked several times how everything was. Giant flavors & mountains of love hidden inside. Family owned & operated, the baby was there & he was ADORABLE. Hope you get to meet him. The owners are warm, hospitable & the food was new & delicious! Compared to anything Indian I've experienced, this Bangladeshi fare was amazing. Well made & filling portions of a small selection makes ordering easy. Just grab multiple dishes. The prices are outstanding as well! Definitely come eat here. Or order & enjoy at home too! *Updated from 2nd visit with pics of: chicken tika masala, chicken biriyani & morog polao.
