“I visited this location for the first time today and received some of the best service I have ever had from a Burger King. The two associates specifically- Tia and D-Man had great customer service! I was greeted with warm smiles and super fast service! Not to mention, my food was made very fresh!

“Friday, Oct 6, 1:30 p.m. The drive thru service was quick, the people at the windows were personable and polite, and the food was fresh with crispy fries. A plus for me. It appeared that the people working that day cared. I was happy!“

“I was on lunch break was told food would be done in 10 minutes. waited 30. got back to work very late. To top it off the food was disgusting. I'm not sure if there was even a burger patty provided. what was om the sandwich was an over abundance of mayo and mustard like I guess I ordered a mustard and mayo sandwich. It was messy made the bun soggy and just all around gross. I was going to bring all my kidd back to eat and will NEVER EAR HERE AGAIN. A REFUND IS WANTED. 27 DOLLARS FOR 2 BURGERS 2 DRINKS AND 1 FRY AND THE PLAIN CHEESEBURGWR HAD ONIONS ON IT WASNT SUPPOSE TO. NEEDLESS TI SAY NO ONE ATE THEIR MEAL WE ORDERED ELSE WHERE AND I SUGGEST SKIPPING PAST THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH THE TIME IR MONEY WASTED.“

“The food is absolutely delicious! The burgers are huge and delicious, and quite well cooked. The barbecue sauce was tangy and delicious with the Gateway Burger. I was looking forward to trying the onion rings, but ended up not having room after the burger!

Some reviews have mentioned the service - the servers are not overenthusiastic in their greetings as other restaurants, but the service is damn good. They have a very subtle style of attentiveness, not always asking if you need something but noticing when you do, keeping an eye on you. They check in at the exact points - when the food hits the table, after two bites, and when your plate is just about done. There were two servers today and they were both multitasking and on top of all their tables, and their demeanor just happens to be more casual comfort. Definitely wouldn’t dock them any service points. If you do tend to prefer more enthusiastic service, it might not be the best match, but theirs is still a service style that will get you what you need.

“I go to the Shack at least once a month. I was there recently and received excellent food and service. Jennifer was great server, nothing was too much trouble. She helped move all of our coats and bags in order to change our seats. She was cheerful and helpful. I bring my out-of-town guests here often. The menu includes healthy,creative, delicious entrees, and as well as gluten free options.“

“Start with the Pork Belly Cheese Fries! I highly suggest the DLT sandwich with tater tots. Be sure to save room for some macarons. A staple in Maplewood: the staff is friendly, the bar has some great offerings, and the food is delicious. I highly suggest making a second trip to try brunch - you can't go wrong with Eggs Bene-duck.“

Gave me and my husband oowee burger, hot honey wings, and fries on the house. Told us we would not be disappointed if we stayed and my god, he was right! Hands down the best burger and wings Ive ever had in my entire life. We just left St. Louis headed back home to Ohio and I’m already craving some more of their food. Definitely will be back the next time we’re in STL. Everyone was incredibly nice and friendly and you could tell that Andre really cares about everyone that walks through his doors. If you’re in town definitely check them out. You will not regret it!!“

“Have been going here since I was a kid and to me this place will always be the best burger joint in town. Bacon chuck with cheese a curly fry and some cheddar cheese balls with a cherry coke , can't get any better just wish we could go back inside and sit down and eat because the atmosphere was the best!!!!!!! “This is our first time trying EC’s Bar & Grill. We had a Large Deluxe pizza with Provel cheese, and it was wonderful! We also had a side salad, which was very fresh and good! The restaurant is extremely clean, and they did a great job remodeling the old IMO’s Pizza. All their food looks amazing! They have a great variety of food! If you haven’t tried it, you must! Extremely nice family owned restaurant! You will LOVE IT!“

“The burgers are the 💣!! Love love the bun. And the queso dip are great!! Loved it on my burger and fries. I'm not usually a fan of sauces but theirs is not over powering. I even diped the fries in it too. Pony wish they had indoor seating or enclosed patio.Had enough for left overs and it reheated good too. But overall will definitely be back. My favorite new sliders.

“Hands down best food we had on our entire vacation! Fall-off-the-bone BBQ chicken, best friend catfish I think I've ever had, and OMG you have to try the baked beans!!!!! “We ordered the sweet and spicy wings, pretzel, Cajun chicken pasta, and the buffalo chicken wrap. Everything was okay. It’s something to come to chill, eat, and catch up with a friend. Nothing really stood out as super delicious. I might come back to try their burgers. The wing sauce was good, but the chicken itself was a bit overcooked. The pasta was really saucy (which was a bonus), but it lacked flavor. The pretzel was actually good! Super soft and I like that it had 2 sauces. The wrap could have been warmed on the outside and a better proportion of ingredients on the inside. Our server was nice!“

“We were in town for the weekend and stopped in to eat and have a couple of drinks. My girlfriend is the type of person that loves to order drinks off a bars/restaurant's special or seasonal drink menu. She absolutely loved everything she tried and the bartender was excellent! I cannot stress enough how good the bartender was! A good bartender does more that sling drinks. They talk and engage with their customers creating a environment and this guy did exactly that. Once he found out we from out of town he suggested various things throughout the city that we may enjoy. I paid attention as he waited on other customers and he was just as friendly and attentive to them as well. When I went to the counter to order my food, the woman taking orders was extremely friendly as well. The food was excellent! Would like to thank the owner and all staff that we dealt with for giving us a fantastic experience!“

“The lady inside was SO NICE and personable. My fiance had gone in to get our food while I tended to our baby and he ended up getting my sandwich toasted. I can’t eat warm meat so I took it back in myself and explained to her about my issue and she fixed it no problem and didn’t argue at all even tho it was definitely our fault!

“My first time there. we got it to go. It was a little above average, but not what it has been hyped up to be. My burger had hard edges, beyond crispy. Fries were hard and no salt. shake was the best part of the meal. $60 for three meals is way overpriced. And they initially packed the shakes in the sane bag as the hot food! I had them take them out and put into a drink carrier. Who puts cold and hot together? It is adequate, but I will not go back for those prices.“

“I usually have a good experience here, but I would recommend ordering when you get there and not online. Their online ordering system isn't very streamlined and they don't seem to know when you get there to pick up your food, so I waited 20 minutes to get cold food. There are no pickup instructions when ordering online either so I don't know if I could have gone through the drive thru and maybe that would have been better.“
