“My husband and I come here all the time. It’s a 30 minute drive for us but it’s completely worth it. I had their seasonal gingerbread ice cream recently. It comes with a gingerbread cookie that’s made in house. Best gingerbread cookie I’ve ever had in my entire life.“

Bridget, the employee who served at our occasion, was delightful, patient and excellent with small children. You will find owner Sandy Daniels to be a friendly and organized partner in helping you to plan your event. I highly recommend Scoops of Joy!“

“My two favorites are the bramble berry crisp and the wild berry lavender. The darkest chocolate is really good and pairs well with the wild berry lavender. We recently went and they had a few galaxy themed ice cream flavors. My son got super moon and really liked it. I wasn’t a huge fan be he’s tore it up. I got nebula berry, which was tasty 😋. However, purple star born captured my heart. Sounds weird to say but it was absolutely delicious and I’m thinking about going back to see if they sell this in a pint. Which says something because I can’t stand grape flavored foods -other than grapes- and I loved it so much. Reminds me of like a sprinkling white grape juice. I also couldn’t leave out of there without grabbing a pint of the bramble berry crisp. They have options for dairy free so this is definitely a place I would recommend and have recommended to friends,family and coworkers. You just don’t find ice cream flavors like these anywhere else..“

“I visited on a day Hubby and I went out for lunch. He ended up getting the strawberry cheesecake as a shake which was 10/10 delicious. I opted for the gooey butter icecream in a cup. Y’all …… it was so delicious . The icecream was creamy and the pieces of gooey butter were on point. But I also grabbed a biscoff cheesecake slice . This took me overboard . Not too sweet just right from the thickness down to the texture and the execution of the way it was presented. Definitely some bomb cheesecake and sweets. We will be back!!! 10/10 for all treats devoured ❤️“

My kid’s favorites are a scoop of chocolate with sprinkles! My favorite is the brownie sundae and my husband is a plane Jane and goes for a scoop of vanilla on a cone! That’s why I love Fritz’s because it’s a one stop shop for something that everyone loves!“

“Went here for the first time and I really enjoyed the custard. I also got a punch card so I can redeem it for a free custard after it gets enough punches. The outside area is clean, and there are places outside to sit and eat. I also found out they sold slushies, cheesecake, and other desserts.“

“I came in on Saturday and wanted the Crown Apple Cupcake. Unfortunately they were out in the case so I chose the Hazelnut one. When hearing me ask for that the gal in the front of the shop went to the back and they made me one specially. I didn't make a big deal or say anything but it was my birthday and this made my day! “Note that the outside sign says Tea Zone but it is the same store!! We ordered the strawberry mango shaved ice and mango pomelo smoothie (comes with boba). Everything was very creamy and flavorful. Great and kind service from everyone, especially the owners!! We had a small dog so one of our people were standing outside but they let him come inside. Loved the hospitality. Will be back to try their milk tea.“

“The cookies at Crumbl are absolutely delicious. I have never been disappointed by them. I've never had a more perfect cookie and they're well worth the price. The only thing you should avoid is the cookie happy hour. I'd rather pay full price than deal with the madness. Unfortunately, the customer service also goes down the toilet during this time. I've always had pleasant experiences with Crumbl when it wasn't happy hour. I'm sure the staff feels the pressure from the crowd wanting their sweets.

Parking: The Crestwood location is in a strip mall so there's plenty of parking.“

“I was on lunch break was told food would be done in 10 minutes. waited 30. got back to work very late. To top it off the food was disgusting. I'm not sure if there was even a burger patty provided. what was om the sandwich was an over abundance of mayo and mustard like I guess I ordered a mustard and mayo sandwich. It was messy made the bun soggy and just all around gross. I was going to bring all my kidd back to eat and will NEVER EAR HERE AGAIN. A REFUND IS WANTED. 27 DOLLARS FOR 2 BURGERS 2 DRINKS AND 1 FRY AND THE PLAIN CHEESEBURGWR HAD ONIONS ON IT WASNT SUPPOSE TO. I frequent this location to the point that most of the employees know my order already - speaking of the employees, they're all absolutely phenomenal. I came for the sweet teas, came BACK for the sweet teas and stayed for the awesome customer service.“
