“i recently had an experience at jersey mikes in ozark, mo that i just had to share. i came in flustered because i have been going through some personal issues at home and the staff were so welcoming and polite. i hardly ever eat out, but with so much going on at home, i didn’t want to bother cooking, which then lead me to this amazing occurrence. there was a specific employee that really stood out to me. her name was brookelyn and we made conversation and ended up having lots in common! that one small thing she did for me was the best thing that has happened to me in weeks, and not to mention my sub was wonderful.“

“I love Subways fresh made sandwiches. They always have great coupons or special offers if you download their app. I recently found out you can order a 3" sandwich if you aren't all that hungry. They have large selection of meats, vegetables and condiments to choose from. The bread is always made fresh and just walking into the store smelling the fresh baked bread makes me hungry. Dining room is always clean.“

“Goodcents, and this location in particular, is my go to sub shop. Its my favorite Italian since starting college in the 90s. Today I wanted to get an early start on Super Bowl Sunday and every page I could find said they were open at 10. Google, Facebook, Yelp and even their individual corporate page agreed that it was 10 instead of 11, but evidently no one told the manager or employees. I rolled up at 10:25 to find a couple employees working but doors locked. 3 other cars arrived and left because they weren't open. When the doors opened at 11, meat and toppings were still being prepped. I nearly walked out, but you know, hunger. My bread was stale, a first for this location. Normally a 9/10, but today 7/10, will still eat again.“

“This is a well-managed and well- staffed McAlister's. Food is always great, employees check on patrons and the space is inviting. Only caveat is the space near the front that is closed. Seems like it's been like that for a while.“

“I've been to many McAllister's around the country. This one was pretty typical as far as the food goes. It was tasty and presented well. It wasnt sloppy or careless. They definitely meet the standards in cleanliness and consistent food taste. This one however had exceptional service. The interactions with the staff were great. They were super friendly and personable. I could have hangout with the young man who took my order. So if you are a fan of McAllisters you certainly won't be disappointed. The staff here are exceptional.“

“I love a Goodcents sub. I have visited this location many times. Recently I went in at 7:10 PM. They close at 8PM. I opened the door to no one inside. About 30 seconds later a worker emerged from the back. He then proceeded to scoff at me being in the store, while slamming a pair of gloves on. I instantly left. He obviously did not want to make a sandwich. I get not wanting to make your work station dirty right before close, however, it was not close to 8pm yet. Crazy“

“First time trying Firehouse subs. Had the 12inch Italian sub split in half for me & my fiance. We both loved it. Only thing, it was a to go order. By the time I got home in Nixa, the bottom bread was very soggy.
Otherwise, the flavors were delicious.
I will eat there more often!“

“I had never been to a Jimmy John’s before, however my blood sugar was tanking and I didn’t have any candy in the car. The sweet guy behind the counter took care of me even though they weren’t quite open yet. I have to say the sandwich was excellent as well. Since I frequent the gym across the street this will be my go to stop for lunch after my workout.“

“This place is better than any Subway in the Springfield and Ozark area. The staff here are very pleasant. The atmosphere is delightful; they always greet you with a smile and treat you with politeness and courtesy. “My order was expected at a certain time, but I arrived early and waited patiently. Shannon saw my order and started working on it immediately after clearing a rather long line. Her team was super busy, but still managed to clear a busy dining area and have my meal ready shortly before I was expected to show up! The best part was that it was made exactly as I had asked. “This review is mainly for Cassandra. I truly appreciate her impeccable customer service. Sometimes she writes a kind message on our to-go cups. She doesn’t have to but it makes a big difference. Kindness goes a long way! When she is there, the drink station is clean and our to-go order is always waiting on a shelf that’s easy to reach for my short height. I appreciate the ladies there and I know they all take pride in their work. Cassandra goes out of the way to say hello and let you know that you are not just a number or quick order to fulfill. “Stopped in recently for the meal of the day which was meatball. Normally I’m not a big fan Subway’s meatballs but I was hungry and wasn’t feeling the cafeteria food. To my surprise the meatballs were great and the service was too! I will definitely be returning!“

“The kid with the snake piercing was so kind and let me know that he closed soon but that I came just in time and he’s still make my sandwhiches. And even took my coupon that another store wouldn’t take. And when I told him he asked me which store it was I told him and he informed me that, that store IS REQUIRED TO TAKE THEM!!!! There the two that send them out. So I will be calling the other stores manager tomorrow morning and informing them off their employee but tonight he saved the day. He saved me from starving while on my period. He was so kind even while I was still angry from the other subways lying employee. He deserves a raise for having to deal with us women on our periods that are staving.“
