“I’m always on the hunt for a place with great potato skins, and Pine Street Bar and Grill did not disappoint. After finding them online, my husband grabbed takeout about a month ago — potato skins, a BLT, and a tenderloin — and everything was absolutely amazing. We finally went in person last night with our son and daughter-in-law, and the food was just as fantastic the second time around. On top of that, the atmosphere has that perfect casual, hometown feel that makes you want to stay awhile. Our waitress (who may also be the owner?) was wonderful — friendly, attentive, and clearly cares about the place and the people who walk through the door. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!“

Our food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it, and she checked on us just the right amount without being overbearing. Her positive attitude really made the experience enjoyable. If you’re dining at Big Biscuit, definitely ask for Ariana—she’s fantastic!“

“Our first time at 501. Just happened to be in Belton on other business and after reading some reviews we stopped in for lunch. It was so good! I had Blackened Salmon Club with Brussel sprouts side (best sprouts i ever had). Hubby had Fish and fries special. Fish had a light crispy breading. He even commented that he liked the slaw and the tarter sauce! If near by we will definitely visit again. By the way...we got there at 11am but by 11:30 the restaurant was 95% full.“

Hearty, delicious generous portions too!! Side salad fresh and large portion!! “It's at the top of my list. As a Dasher there's never been a more efficient burger joint. And if you have to wait, they offer you total courtesy. Plus their mushroom and Swiss is to die for. I can't say anything negative about the place.“

“All I can say is WOW! My husband & I went here for the first time last Friday and from the moment we stepped it we had the best dining experience we’ve ever had in the Kansas City area. Our server was Kortney and she was nothing short of AMAZING. She was attentive and made sure we were happy with our experience. Our drinks were always refilled at the halfway point, she checked on us at all of the perfect times and it was clear she was on top of it! She was friendly, attentive, & provided some seriously top-notch service. We ordered the crap dip to start and oh my goodness it was so delicious we were tempted to order another or. The dip was overflowing the bowl and everything was so FRESH. My husband ordered the pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon and he said it was literally melting in his mouth. I ordered the roots burger and was impressed that someone could take a cheeseburger & make it THAT GOOD. We will absolutely be back! From the atmosphere to the service to the food - EVERY single aspect exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend this place enough!“

“With the Original “Paul’s” closing in KC my local friends told me to try the Snack Shack. Well I stopped in for a burger and got fried tacos, a fried burrito and cheese burger. Yes all of that and chili cheese fries and well it was delicious. I did not eat all of that in one sitting but I sure tried!“

“Amazing breakfast!, I enjoyed the chorizo omelet very much. The salsa verde on the top was extremely fresh tasting, and delicious.
I asked the waitress for her opinion of side, and was not disappointed in her recommendation. The croissant was light, flakes and buttery.
I know it is a small thing, but the way water is served to the table in a chilled glass carafe, is just the kind of little detail that sets good apart from great!

“ordered on doordash and i meant to get a burger but i accidentally selected the chicken and when i got it it was still warm, not soggy, BIG, juicy, snd delicious. also got the onion rings for a side and those also did not disappoint at all. paired those with a sprite which was mcdonald’s level after a hangover delicious. since the chicken sandwich was that good at a burger place i cannot wait to try the burger next time“

“Had a really rough day today and decided to grab my favorite meal from my favorite restaurant and have it delivered. Placed the order and opted for delivery. This store uses DoorDash to deliver. I waited and waited, confirmed that Jose picked up the order, but my order never arrived, the dasher took my order. I called DoorDash and not only was I brushed off, but was told its not their fault, contact the store, even though it was their delivery driver. I called the restaurant and talked to Tristian who said he would call DoorDash and call me back. True to his word, he called me back, told me if I could come get it, he would not only remake my order, but void the charge to my card so I wouldnt have to pay for it. He didnt have to do that, but he went above and beyond, and I really appreciated it. I highly recommend this restaurant. Not only amazing food, but amazing customer service. Thank you, Tristian for making my night SO much better.“
