“All I can say is WOW! My husband & I went here for the first time last Friday and from the moment we stepped it we had the best dining experience we’ve ever had in the Kansas City area. Our server was Kortney and she was nothing short of AMAZING. She was attentive and made sure we were happy with our experience. Our drinks were always refilled at the halfway point, she checked on us at all of the perfect times and it was clear she was on top of it! She was friendly, attentive, & provided some seriously top-notch service. We ordered the crap dip to start and oh my goodness it was so delicious we were tempted to order another or. The dip was overflowing the bowl and everything was so FRESH. My husband ordered the pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon and he said it was literally melting in his mouth. I ordered the roots burger and was impressed that someone could take a cheeseburger & make it THAT GOOD. We will absolutely be back! From the atmosphere to the service to the food - EVERY single aspect exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend this place enough!“

“We waited over 10 minutes after being seated before anyone came to check on us. We were ready with our order when the waiter arrived, and received our food fairly quickly. I had the Parmesan crusted mahi mahi and my husband had the trio of filet medallions. The food was excellent, and we ordered the salted caramel crème brûlée for dessert. We had to wait for the dessert to be served longer than our entrees! It took about 20 minutes before we received it. It was delicious, too. Overall, it was an ok experience, but the service could have been better.“

“With the Original “Paul’s” closing in KC my local friends told me to try the Snack Shack. Well I stopped in for a burger and got fried tacos, a fried burrito and cheese burger. “Amazing breakfast!, I enjoyed the chorizo omelet very much. The salsa verde on the top was extremely fresh tasting, and delicious.
I asked the waitress for her opinion of side, and was not disappointed in her recommendation. The croissant was light, flakes and buttery.
I know it is a small thing, but the way water is served to the table in a chilled glass carafe, is just the kind of little detail that sets good apart from great!

Kudos for keeping your cool while getting yelled at. Our server was also so kind, I observed her trying to learn sign language for a table that was hearing impaired. Service is always great and speedy, thank you!“

“I picked up a well-done steak from LongHorn, using their numbered parking service where a waiter brings your order straight to the car. Back home, in the quiet comfort of my own space, I tucked in, and wasn’t disappointed. Second time trying their stake, I will go there again. Both flavor and portion size hit the mark. The fresh salad went untouched until the next morning, when it made for a perfect breakfast. All in all, it was another excellent ‘Car-Nivore’ experience, proof that LongHorn knows how to deliver a well-done steak that satisfies. I give them 5 stars 🌟 for that.“

“Cool little old pub in downtown Lee’s Summit. Building materials all seem original giving the place a cool old time feel. The food was delicious with Happy Hour deals making every appetizer $6. I ordered the bones and a pizza, both of which were good. For those that have experienced Pyramid Pizza’s bones, these are good, but not quite at the same level. I would recommend coming here to any friend or family member.“

“Ok, before we start with the food, let me begin with the service, our friend Arron (AC) is the one of the best in the business, now please start with an appetizer/side dish such as my wife’s favorite brussels sprouts flavored with a chipotle butter, or super wings, Mac & cheese with bits of real bacon, where do I go from here? “Had a really rough day today and decided to grab my favorite meal from my favorite restaurant and have it delivered. Placed the order and opted for delivery. This store uses DoorDash to deliver. I waited and waited, confirmed that Jose picked up the order, but my order never arrived, the dasher took my order. I called DoorDash and not only was I brushed off, but was told its not their fault, contact the store, even though it was their delivery driver. I called the restaurant and talked to Tristian who said he would call DoorDash and call me back. True to his word, he called me back, told me if I could come get it, he would not only remake my order, but void the charge to my card so I wouldnt have to pay for it. He didnt have to do that, but he went above and beyond, and I really appreciated it. I highly recommend this restaurant. Not only amazing food, but amazing customer service. Thank you, Tristian for making my night SO much better.“
