“Our first time at 501. Just happened to be in Belton on other business and after reading some reviews we stopped in for lunch. It was so good! I had Blackened Salmon Club with Brussel sprouts side (best sprouts i ever had). Hubby had Fish and fries special. Fish had a light crispy breading. He even commented that he liked the slaw and the tarter sauce! If near by we will definitely visit again. By the way...we got there at 11am but by 11:30 the restaurant was 95% full.“

“Bridget was amazing!!! Best service I’ve had in a while!! Y’all were moderately busy and she checked on me often! Very Friendly and helpful!!! I had the Beef Tips and it was WOW, just amazing!! Hearty, delicious generous portions too!! Side salad fresh and large portion!! Meal was great only request I had was extra dressing it tastes homemade and is very good!!!(ranch) Next trip through to KC or St Paul will definitely stop back by!! Great food and staff, great vibe!! “I have to say 100 out of 10 starts!!!!! A friend asked me if ive ever been, said never heard of this place. Well i ordered the 3 meat 3 side platter, got the burnt ends, brisket and ribs with beans, slaw and jazzy fries. Only thing I didnt really like was the slaw but everything else hands down was AMAZING!!!! The burnt ends just melt in your mouth, that jazzy sauce is addictive and they have a really good honey mustard as well. Also got the friend mushrooms, they use portobello mushrooms and they are a 10 out of 10 with the in house made ranch...... I will be going back, and it has me wanting this place over Jack stack and I grew up on Jack stack.“

“All I can say is WOW! My husband & I went here for the first time last Friday and from the moment we stepped it we had the best dining experience we’ve ever had in the Kansas City area. Our server was Kortney and she was nothing short of AMAZING. She was attentive and made sure we were happy with our experience. Our drinks were always refilled at the halfway point, she checked on us at all of the perfect times and it was clear she was on top of it! She was friendly, attentive, & provided some seriously top-notch service. We ordered the crap dip to start and oh my goodness it was so delicious we were tempted to order another or. The dip was overflowing the bowl and everything was so FRESH. My husband ordered the pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon and he said it was literally melting in his mouth. I ordered the roots burger and was impressed that someone could take a cheeseburger & make it THAT GOOD. We will absolutely be back! From the atmosphere to the service to the food - EVERY single aspect exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend this place enough!“

“We have been trying to get to this restaurant for some time. We finally made it! It was certainly worth the drive. This will be our go-to for Mexican food. The food was outstanding, from chips and salsa to entrees. Everything was done to perfection. It was simply the best Mexican food I've had in years. Though it is a bit of a drive for us, we will definitely be back--often. I highly recommend you give them a try, I don't believe you will be disappointed. They deserve ten stars!“

“This weekend was there Anniversary and the special was full slab of Ribs for $19. And we've eaten so many times over the years and the ribs were Absolutely Amazing, the tenderness and flavor was spot on.

“I discover this place while ubering yesterday and the food smelled so amazing in my car I knew I had to check this place out. The food was excellent and tasted so good from the soup, crab ragoon. The best hot and sour soup I ever tasted. I had the Shrimp and Vegetable in brown sauce. I live 20 minutes from this place. Trust me it's worth the drive. Once a week I will be there.“

“I enjoy this place when I'm in the mood for a neapolitan pizza close to home. Recently I tried the hot honey pepperoni and as a pineapple on pizza guy I enjoyed the creativity behind it, and the salty/sweet profile. The pizza is cooked near a big open flame so there will be some charring, it's part of the allure, it's not burnt. I got a kick out of reading some of the recent one star reviews about this place. Seems to me like there are too many gluten intolerant Karens in the area, so keep an eye out for that. Service for me has mostly been good, but they do employ the youth and it's true that you'll occasionally come across an inattentive server or a cashier that tries to avoid taking your order. Would be nice to have a few tvs in the dining area.“

No matter if there is only one customer in the building or they are packed the service is always top notch. My husband and I love sushi and this place is always our go to. I also personally believe this restaurant has the best chicken fried rice that exists. The portions are really great and the food is just amazing! Great cocktails too!!“

“Jose Peppers is kind of a Tex Mex Mexican food restaurant. The food is very good. The staff is very friendly. On busy nights, a little difficult to find a parking spot somewhat close to the door. Every so often they have burrito night. Great time to go but can be pretty busy. Worth the wait. I recommend.“

Our food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it, and she checked on us just the right amount without being overbearing. Her positive attitude really made the experience enjoyable. If you’re dining at Big Biscuit, definitely ask for Ariana—she’s fantastic!“
