“Great service and delicious food!

It was a quieter day to visit for a late lunch, probably due to the heat wave. I'm also on day 3 after having my wisdom teeth pulled... Which makes eating out challenging. The waitress was very helpful in selecting foods that worked for my teeth.

On the enchiladas: flavor absolutely incredible! Simpler looking in my pictures because I asked to hold the garnishes for my teeth. The sauce had a little kick, which was perfect.

My wife got tacos al pastor, and they were very good! Tried a house marg as well and loved it.

Good prices, great food, and incredible service. 10/10 will return“

“Went to Barbacoa, 5500 Troost, for brunch Sunday morning, what a delightful experience. I ordered Monie’s plate. It was mouthwatering. The serving was so generous, that I took half of it home. The corn tortillas were soft and warm enough to make a taco, the beans were flavorful and not spicy, the carnitas were fall apart tender and very tasty, perfectly fried potatoes, and fluffy scrambled eggs. The salsa was very tasty and not overly spicy. The coffee was even tasty (Costco Kirkland medium roast). Unlike some breakfast restaurants, the background music was so low and mellow (helps with digestion), I could hear my friends talk. We have to go back during the week for dinner. UPDATE - I forgot one very important thing, the service was excellent. Our group was one of two in the restaurant, but shortly afterwards other start to arrive. There was only one friendly waitress, who, despite the growing crowd, was able to get back to us about more coffee and to check on us“

“Best host/server Ariana! Food was great. Drinks weren't very strong little watery not bad after ordering the passion fruit margarita was really good. I will say my coffee drink was good not much rum but still tasty. Food options were very good and satisfing.“

“Was really good! Some of the best cocktails I've ever had. Came in during Sunday happy hour after 4 and was told all cocktails are $2 off, however got charged full price for one of hours. Bartender was too busy to ask about it after we got the itemized receipt. Overall, delicious. Just wish we would have gotten the full special.“

“The strong smell of liquid smoke made me wonder how it was cooked. The brisket was dry, when I added the sauce the sandwich was enjoyable. Will order again. Delivery was quick.“

“I like a few of their brews, and I honestly do love that they are featuring other breweries around town on their own taps. You don't see that very often.

My favorite is the coffee stout (Madame X) and the Bearded Lady.

The service is usually very personable and inviting, and of course, I visit because it's a great place to relax and have beer while playing pinball. All their machines are tuned well and play great! I'll definitely be back.

The machines here are always in great shape and I'm always loving how much community is also present here. You should honestly come play if you like pinball.“

“This brewery is a hidden gem in North Kansas City! The Big Rip Brewing Company has a fantastic selection of craft beers, and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We love the atmosphere and the fact that we can bring our own food. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!“

“We just visited Summit for the first time this evening and it was an excellent experience. Danielle was wonderful all around! She made us feel right at home and my friend and I both went with her recommendations- a gluten free pizza for me and a regular pizza for her and accompanying desserts- all were delicious. I’m recently gluten free and I was excited to see they have an entire GF menu, with vegan options as well. I brought a pizza home for my husband (non GF) and he enjoyed his pizza very much. “I brought my bike into Velo Bike shop in NKC after a gravel fall. They analyzed many issues that needed adjustment, repair and/or replacement. Most importantly, they suggested a rubber studded tires for pavement and GRAVEL! My new tires have studs around the circumference AND around the side walls. Took it out for a little 19mi. spin. CYCLING, SHIFTING, BRAKING AND RIDING on air!
Their professionalism, quality of workmanship, explanation and friendliness were the absolute best! Prices were more than reasonable. If your Bike needs work, there's only one place I'll be going- VELO GARAGE, NKC. They are all experts!“

“Had an amazing experience here after dinner for a late night drink! We really enjoyed the service and the calm atmosphere - not to mention the amazing view. Overall it was cozy, but also big enough so not noisy at all, good vibes music playing and also very family friendly. There’s a space on the side for families to play games.

We ordered two cocktails, one Passion Punch (rum based) and one Black Honey (gin based). Both were really good, and I especially liked the passion punch - it was sweet, smoky, and had a bit of spice.

Our server was also very nice, he shared amusing stories of his shift during the World Cup events - and was very attentive with his services. I would come back to visit this bar next time I’m in town.“

“We came in at about 5pm on a Thursday evening and everything was incredible! Our service was friendly, attentive and speedy. We tried some of the happy hour appetizer specials and their Thursday burger specials, and some of the taco plates. All the food was absolutely delicious; hot and fresh and cooked to order!

We were a party of three; We ordered the BBQ Feast (Half slab of Ribs, Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Brisket, Spicy Sausage, slice of toast, helping of Pickles); It was enough for all of us; Very delicious; came out quickly; we ate like animals; Had to take left overs to go.

“This was a cool little place! It had 3 dining options. The butcher shop, casual and fine dining. The fine dining was upstairs and just a little fancier. The casual was downstairs and was smaller. You could actually sit in the butcher shop and eat! They had meat for sale and the kitchen was in there too. Cool place. My husband got the meatloaf and I got the ribeye. Both were delicious!“
