“Whoever was working on July 3rd night crew, did amazing. I tried the Dave’s Single for the first time ever and I was blown away, I loved it. All my food and even fries, were hot. The customer service and especially the lady at the window, was sooo kind. I’m very impressed by this Wendy’s, thank you so much.“

“There was a blonde girl, a brown haired girl and a young man working tonight. Normally I don’t write reviews but the way one of them was acting pissed me off. The blonde girl looked like she was just doing everything she could to help the situation. And the young man was running around helping out. They all looked very busy and we are very understanding people but this was just ridiculous. My mom order a cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie dough and said she didn’t even really want it blended. When we pulled up to the window they started handing us the blizzards and when we got hers it had no cookie dough in it at all. I even digged to see if there was any and there was nothing. We told the blonde that it doesn’t have anything in it and she took it back and you could tell she was talking to the girl with the brown hair about it and she was acting like we was being ridiculous... saying she put cookie dough in it. like we paid for extra and even had certain things we asked for it? Plus I order cheese curds and got onion rings and French fries. They even told us it would be a 6 min wait for cheese curds and they didn’t even put them in there and the brown haired girl was the one that checked the bag... I understand it was my fault that I didn’t check the bag before we left but it’s like come on.... Like I have worked in the restaurant industry for 6 years. I’m sorry but the way she acted and everything she needs a awakening because she isn’t gonna make it far in that industry if she isn’t gonna admit her wrong and be more of a people person. I made so many mistakes in the restaurant industry but everyone does! The way you respond MATTERS! The best way I was told was your attitude and behavior affects your technique. The blonde remade my moms blizzard and it was amazing! Exactly what she asked for and the blonde was so sweet! She showed amazing behavior, awesome attitude and great technique.“

“Gave five stars for food because the food was the expected food from McDonald's. For service because a lady came and cleaned our table in the middle of our dessert when we spilled our ice cream. And atmosphere because there is a really cool video-floor game the kids played with that kept them entertained while we waited for our food and after they had eaten. Thanks, McDonald's, for a great time with my 12 yr old daughter, 4 yr old grandson, and 2 yr old granddaughter. We spent $10-20 per person because we got dinner AND ice cream 💜.“

“For the love of god... 12:33 12/19. Just informed that Wendy’s is out of potatoes for 30min!!! How/why is that possible!! You are know for chili/potatoes and the best burger out there. It’s winter that’s what we are coming here for! This isn’t the first time this week I’ve been told that here! Why wouldn’t it be totally worth it to throw an entire bag away every day ($3.00) to ensure your customers have what’s on your menu! I betting Arby’s has roast beef so I’m headed there now.😉“

“I know that I work for this job and I’m not to correct you all because everyone has different experiences with different things. But this McDonald’s focuses on the customers. Everyday I show up and work my hardest and I train morning crew so yes I’m a crew trainer and I’m very proud of some of our crew. I would be no where without them. They have been my mcfamily. I love all of them everyday because they all show up.“
