“Overall, it was a memorable trip and lots of fish were caught by everyone in our 6 person group. You could wade down stream and get away from other fisherman to enjoy the peace and solitude of this slice of heaven nestled in the heart of the Ozarks. Food was pretty good, but we had an issue with the wait staff service one night. The waitress forgot to put our order in and we waited 1 1/2 hours for our dinner to be served. No apologies or acknowledgement of her mistake was made which made matters worse. Our reservation was at 7:30 PM and we finally got our dinner at 9:30 PM. To make things right, the manager offered free desserts for everyone. We do plan on coming back next spring.“
