“Best Pickle Spears at the lake! It is well known Jolly Rogers has the best breakfast buffet but tonight I have to give a 5 star rating for the amazing pickle spears and food. Never dissappoints!“

“Baxters is one of my new spots to dine! Great people at this place! Chef Corey was amazing to talk to and the only one that knew the ingrediants/flavors/spices to my favorite steaks in the world, a Florentine Steak! I knew at that instance I was going to give this place a try. Talking to Ted ,the owner of Baxters ,about my bad experience at the restaurant next door,(JBH) and them charging us over a $120 for one plate( price was not concerning, but them hiding it until we ate the worst food in our fine dining experience was!) that included frozen lobster that could not be eaten all the way due to it being so tough from being frozen too long and not getting silverware for over 20 minutes after the dinner was served, he gave us confidence in his restaurant by personally inviting us with an open reservation of our timing and at any spontanious moment and showing me the kitchen which could not be exceeded in cleanliness or matched in appearance and professionalism. My business in serving commercial kitchens gives me the insight into many restaurants and this experience guarentees our return. Total recommendation in all they provide. Oh and lets not forget the service, top notch, there was not an empty glass or dirty dish left on our table more then 5 seconds and the timing of our courses insured a complete experience with no time to wait! “My husband and I, went for the first time this morning. It was amazing!! I had the spicy rooster with add on one blueberry pancake….. delicious! I Had the left overs this evening for dinner. My husband had breakfast quesadillas and one biscuit and gravy. He said was super good! We will be back!!!!“

“LO Cafe is one of my favorite spots! The food is amazing and consistent every single time. I love that I can just cruise up by jetski or boat — it’s such a fun way to grab a meal, especially in season when I can roll in barefoot. But honestly, I love coming in the off season just as much.

They’re located off the Bagnell Dam strip, and weekends can get pretty busy, but the staff still manages to do an amazing job keeping up with the crowd without sacrificing quality.

My go-to order is the Steak Benedict — they make their hollandaise sauce in house, and it’s honestly one of a kind. Highly recommend!“

“I have had dinner here few times this summer. The food is always good. If they would serve bread, it would be a 5 star. He mussels are delicious, but you really need some bread to go with them. The only bread they have is cornbread that is an additional charge. I’ve never been to a restaurant with no bread available……?“

“We had the nachos and pretzel sticks with beer cheese appetizers. The pretzels appear deep fried which gave them a nice crunchy texture and the beer cheese was delicious. We sat outside with a great view of the main channel. We had several drinks off their show themed drink menu and they were all fantastic. I also enjoyed a strawberry Starburst shot.“

“Can’t rate the buffet as we ordered off the menu but our food was cheap (chilaquiles and a pancake for our little one) and decent. Nothing to write home about but the cost for all our food was less than the cost of a buffet. Service was slow but they were busy, so we wont knock them too much. We will come back to try it again.“

“This is our 2nd time staying at Inn Grand Glaze and definitely will be a returning customer. The squid salad was so tender and fresh, and we couldn’t decide which we loved more…the Tokyo roll, the Tsunami roll, or the White Tiger which was almost considered dessert it was so, so good! “I recommend the fried green beans and burgers (I've had the Dam Burger, and the Hangover burger.) It's not too pricey for the portions, and the sauce cups are filled pretty full. The burgers are a little dry, but they have a nice crisp and even texture on the outside of them. The flavor of the burgers are good as well, and I recommend adding boom boom sauce on them (if you like something spicy.)“

“This place meets the need of an easy lunch spot if you’re staying at the Lodge of the Four Seasons. We were seated quickly, had incredible service, got our food quickly and it was tasty. If you’re taking a break from the pool at the Lodge, this is a great option. Kids menu was short but exactly what we needed: Cheeseburger, Chicken Tenders. Jaylee was our server and she was attentive, even turned the fans on for us because our kids thought they looked cool. Jaylee is definitely an asset to the Lodge.

We also ate breakfast here. They were only serving the buffet, which was fine but this wasn’t communicated anywhere on the website, when we made our reservation, or at the front desk when we checked in. We were planning on ordering off the menu. A little communication on this beforehand could have gone a long way. No one can blame them for doing buffet on such a busy weekend. Just tell us ahead of time. Think of the guest experience for those who are staying at the Lodge.

Overall, I’m not sure why this place only has 3 stars. It is what it is. A convenient spot, good food, reasonable prices, and exceptional services. Manage your expectations folks“

“Well we went to another restaurant near Casablanca-we had our dog and was told they no longer accept pets. So as we were leaving someone eating there told us to go to Casablanca they have great pizza and you can take your dog. Well the restaurant that refused us did us the biggest favor. Casablanca has the BEST margarita, pizza bruschetta and chicken wings. And the service was superior-Chad thank you so much, we will definitely be back.“

“I would absolutely say they had the best pizza that I've ever had. I've lived around the lake my whole life. Alley Cat's Pizzeria and Pub is by far the best place to go and enjoy Good Food, Awesome Environment and Very Good Service.“

“If you want a typical bar and grill local restaurant, this is the place. Plenty of TVs and beer on tap, raucous patrons shouting about shuffleboard. My husband’s chicken tenders and my bacon cheddar chicken sandwich hit the spot. Delish.

“The service was terrible, we eat there alot but our waitress tonight was the worst ever, she never came around we had to twice go to the bar and purchase drinks , she was not friendly And very unconcerned about us. I will still go back because it is one of our favorite places to eat , drink and socialize with our friends. The nachos were really bad the Chips were all crumbs from the bottom of the bag and very little toppings would not order them again stick with the meals. Overall still one of our favorites for now but service us important at the lake because their are many options .“

“We stopped at Steak'n'Shake today. We love the fact it's fast and fresh. Today a school bus full of kids come in. At least 25 kids came in to eat. Doris, Sue and McKenzie we working. They bust their butt's waiting on everyone. We watched as the manager and assistant manager never once came out to help these poor girls. I worked retail for 30+ yrs and in my job the Management would be out helping where needed. They could have came out and cleared tables.“
