I would love to know the kind of cheeses included in the box-they were delicious. And the meats and bread were top quality. Staff was so friendly and accommodating on a busy evening.“

My experience at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in St. Charles was nothing short of exceptional! It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced this level of hospitality at a restaurant, and I believe great service deserves recognition.

Within just five minutes of being seated, the manager approached me to make sure someone had attended to me. Shortly afterward, my server arrived and was incredibly pleasant, attentive, and welcoming. I was even offered a complimentary dessert! It’s those thoughtful gestures and genuine attention to customers that make an establishment stand out.

As for the food, I would rate my meal an 8 out of 10. The chicken was absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. The Caesar salad was fresh and enjoyable. My only minor criticism would be the Parmesan potatoes. They had a stronger cheesy flavor than I personally prefer, but that’s simply a matter of taste rather than a reflection of the quality.

What impressed me most wasn’t just the food; it was the hospitality. From management taking the initiative to check on me to the kindness and attentiveness of my server, I genuinely felt valued as a guest.

Unfortunately, that level of customer service seems increasingly rare these days, which makes it even more important to acknowledge businesses that get it right.

“I held a seminar event on a Tuesday evening and Chrissy was a terrific planning resource for me from concept to implementation. Communication was excellent. Upon arrival the room was ready, the staff was all very pleasant and welcoming. Jordan took care of us during the event and was always there when we needed her. The food was incredible. She even helped me by boxing up leftover brownies and cookies for the attendees to take home so I wouldn't have to! I will be back again for date nights and more seminar events!“

The gentleman playing his guitar was talented though I wish he had his background sounds down a bit so we could hear him sing more. He has a great voice and articulation. He didn't need to be louder. It was wonderful to be in a restaurant where we could carry on a conversation. Service was very good. The menu offered enough variety without being overwhelming. Kudos on the carrots by the way. It's hard to find a place that serves FRESH vegetables without over cooking them. Nice honey glaze while keeping the carrots crunchy and earthy. The beef was VERY tender! The presentation of the prawns was to my husband's liking. They were done just right and the garlic sauce was on par.“
