“The delivery driver showed up and realized he forgot the drink I had ordered. He owned it and said he would be back after he went back to the store to get it and other deliveries. 30mins later, he showed up with my drink, in the hail!!! It was a small gesture that I wish I could give more recognition for!“

Had to wait an extra couple of minutes but I appreciated the integrity and they kept true to their word and gave us a coupon for the delay in the order in addition to the extra pizza“

“This gem is absolutely stunning! Straight in the door, all the way to the very end of my dining experience was flawless. The ambiance was casual yet sophisticated. The service was lovely with the staff being so knowledgeable and welcoming. Chef Kelly and Josh are an amazing team with outstanding ideas for their restaurant. I admire the passion they both have and I'm forever grateful that I was invited to dinner by Kelly. The culinary creations just kept making their way to my table and it was absolutely divine.
Our meal started with the Foccacia. The. Best. Thing. On. Earth. So airy and flavorful. Next was the chicken meatballs. The sauce was so full and the flavors flowed together seamlessly. Afterwards, we had the Triangoli was the best pasta dish I've ever eaten. Sweet, savory and extremely original. I couldn't get enough if I'm honest. To finish we got the Tiramisu and Sticky Toffee Pudding. Just as mind-blowing as everything else. The presentation was beautiful.
Please please take your time to stop in here. Every second and penny was so well spent.

“We showed up unannounced at 7:30pm and requested seating for maybe 8~12 people. Ellaina was more than accommodating. Even as the number fluctuated, they were never flustered, just did whatever necessary with professionalism and poise. And there was already another large party there. Rowan took marvelous care of our table, and her graciousness was appreciated by all. The salads and pizzas were delicious. The atmosphere decidedly upscale. I sincerely recommend Minsky's Pizza Joint in Blue Springs. We'll be back.“

“The food was delicious however we were told that the gigantor size was approximately the size of three large pizzas. This is factually incorrect.

The gigantor pizza has an area of 0.343 square meters.

A large has an area of 0.01 square meters.

This means that the large is only 28,863 100,000ths of a gigantor, where a full third would be 33,333/100,000ths.

I’m calling upon Governor Mike Kehoe to address this discrepancy in the volume of Prime Cut I received. I’m not a wasteful person but having an extra 0.187 square feet of pizza to take home was not in the plans and I was unable to fit the remainder in my Pizza Deep Freezer.“

“Really slow behind the counter. Seemed like a new person for Sunday lunch. Great topping choices but the bottom of the pizza was burnt. Salad was delicious but the bottom of the bowl was dirty. Need someone full-time cleaning up the dining area.“

“Our favorite pizza is the Butcherblock one from this place - it's our "go-to" when my sisters and I are in the mood for pizza. LOTS of meat, so you don't need to order a huge pizza - but we do, because we plan for leftovers.

Not a fancy place but clean, fast service, nice people.“

Parking: Don’t be one of those people who feel entitled to park at the curb. There is an abundance of free parking right in front of the store.“

“This may be the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life. The crust is done just right. It has lots of toppings and the sauce is perfect. The place is very busy and the staff works hard to get people their orders and get them taken care of. I feel this is the best pizza place in Liberty possibly Kansas “

“Pizza crust was cooked perfect, toppings were over the top .... uh, well, you know what I mean. On par with Stone Canyon and the Minsky's at Barry & N. Oak (best Minskys North or South of the river). It's a very heavy with OOT travellers (near airport) & male demographic (professional travellers) but the pizza was simple, surprisingly competitive with Wolfgang Puck (for those who travel). BTW, It's the kitchen and cooks who make simple food good.“

“Stumbled across this gem. Stopped in the gas station connected and figured I'd check it out. It was a Tuesday and that was Calzone special day. They had the heat box stuffed with pre-made calzones so I tried a Supreme. Best thing I've ever had!! I was grossing myself out by how fast I was shoveling that thing down because it was so amazing. Also, I went back the next day and had one made to order for dinner! Going to try a pizza next time I'm in town for sure! Great place!“

“Our first time eating there tonight! The waitress was great, and the food was phenomenal! The only thing I have to say that wasn’t great, was the bartender opened the “garage” door to the patio, which no one was outside, because it was 96 degrees! It started getting hot, and the flies were coming in at a fast rate! After about 45 minutes, they closed it, thankfully! The rest of the evening was great, with the exception of some fly friends! 🤣😂I would definitely go back and I would recommend it for sure!“

“We live nearby and have ordered more than a dozen times from this location. Store seems to be well run and numerous occasions they have been on time or early with delivery and carryout orders. The attendee this evening was incredibly friendly, so about time I leave a positive review.“

“They have very nice pizza! They deliver in a decently quick time and the pizzas are always hot when they arrive. It makes for a great food item to have at birthday parties and for a easy stay at home meal. However, they are a BIT, just a bit pricy for my taste. Other than that they are great!“

“If you haven't been to Cici's in awhile, I'd suggest you head that way just to meet the new management!! My family and I went last night, and the new AGM, Alec, was more than just polite and welcoming, he was thoughtful and engaging!! Its been a long time sense I've been BLOWN AWAY by the drive someone clearly has to do their job to the best of their ability, and this man goes above and beyond. He was clearly very involved with his staff, asking if they were doing good, if they needed any help, and most importantly keeping up their morale towards the end of the night. I thought this Cici's was going under. I guess that just goes to show how much a fantastic new manager can change things around!!“
