I had a few people tell me, "Brandy, you are going to love this place!" Being that it is in my neighborhood, my Mister and I walked into this adorable bakery. Greeted by the owner immediately, she was is so kind. She sat us at the table and gave us menus, to my surprise there were Pirogues! I was so excited, we ordered an array of items from the menu, all were amazing. It is now our Saturday morning breakfast spot. Gosia the owner is one of the most amazing souls I've had the pleasure of meeting. I was instantly greeted like family when I walked in. The homemade polish cuisine is the most authentic I've tasted in Missouri. Each bite you take you can taste the hard work she puts in to make her dishes exceptional. If you have a second I would highly recommend stopping by and enjoying great quality food with beautiful conversation. There should be more stars is place is a 15 out of 10!

Not only is the service incredible, there are original Polish recipes that you cannot find anywhere else in Springfield. The Perogies are to die for. The owner is there daily to walk you through the menu and will make anything to suite you. If you are looking for something different and amazing from a brunch spot, this is the place.
