Visiting the Springfield area from Texas and was skeptical about the Mexican food. Jose Locos was excellent! We shared the Mo Meat fajitas with shrimp, beef, chicken, and chorizo. If you’re traveling through, try it out and it won’t disappoint.
The place is always clean and smells great! Every single time I have ate here we have been seated quickly! The servers work hard to maintain a small wait time on food, drinks, etc. I will always come back.
