Broadway Oyster Bar is a restaurant and music venue located in St. Louis, known for its variety of Cajun dishes. The crawfish dishes are flavorful, though the vegetable-to-crawfish ratio may be higher than some expect. Standout dishes include the beans & rice, Jambalaya, and a dessert described as one of the best outside of Florida. The Grinder sandwich and Shrimp voodoo po'boy have received high praise. While the cornbread is noted to be small and dry, the food overall is considered fantastic.
Service is kind and attentive, although it can be distracted at times. The atmosphere is vibrant and fun, making it suitable for those who enjoy a lively venue, but it can get loud. The staff is exceptional, contributing to an overall memorable experience.
The restaurant has ample parking and has built a positive reputation in St. Louis. It is highly recommended for its unique atmosphere, delicious food, and outstanding live music, including a wonderful solo artist that adds to the positive vibe. This is not cheap eats, but the quality and freshness make it worth it.
