“Today I walked from my office to Jimmy John's! My go to choice today was the Turkey Tom. This sandwich, features turkey, tomatoes, lettuce, but you can add a bunch of items from the freebie menu.So to customize my sandwich, I chose cherry, peppers, cucumbers, pickles, and cheese! I chose to make it a combo which peak which features a drink and chips.The restaurant was very clean and had other coworkers stopping in to get a bite. The service was fantastic, and the gentleman told me about the rewards club, which I was not aware of!My sandwich was so fresh and delicious! I enjoyed my sandwich when I got to the office outside with a coworker and she ordered the Italian which she stated was also very delicious!“
“The sandwiches are always fresh, portions are good size for the money, employees are friendly (dine in, carry out or delivery).In 3 yrs of living in the area, they made 1 mistake. They delivered to the wrong condo. The manager immediately refunded my money and offered to delivery of another for free. I order at least once a week from them. Pretty damn good place.“

“My wife and I routinely eat at Jimmy John's on Baptist Church road prior to seeing a movie at Ronnie's theater. Most times it's a pleasant and tasty experience . Today we were especially impressed by the excellent customer service from our order taker Brittany. She is an asset to JJ and as a frequent customer we really appreciate her professionalism, good humor and courteous demeanor. It reflects well on JJ.“

“Customer service award- I ordered on my app, and ordered early. Just like everywhere, they are short-staffed and didn't have a driver available. When I called to check on my order, they gave me an immediate update. I did pick up my order, but they comped my for the inconvenience and even ran it out to me. “By far this is the best Jimmy John's location. First my sandwich was made perfectly to order. It was very fresh. The staff was friendly and fast in and out. Note: I move around all over town and the only fast food for me for lunch is Jimmy John's. Take my word this location by far is the best. The inside is very clean as well. I wish I worked in this area all the time. I was even told my cologne smells great. What a great atmosphere. I've picked up my food several times here, and if they ever forgot something in my online order, I would just show them and they would help fix the error.
