The relaxing decor and environment of Panera has made me a regular customer in spite of the higher prices. Today I met a friend at the new South Lindbergh location. Gone is the warm decor. It is a cold sterile environment with uncomfortable tables and chairs. My soufflé was barely warm and I did not see a microwave to warm it up. Came for a fundraiser and food was yummy. Amber was so nice and helpful.
Very rude staff. I don't appreciate the fact that I spent good earned $ & received ignorant, unprofessional staff. Very disappointed.
