“It was a big brown grown up roach going in and out of the back of the cash register that faces the customer and when my husband told the manager and staff they did nothing about it..They said it's none of their business and the manager said "oh it is " and that was that. She asked the cashier to give her a napkin to get it and she declined.My husband said we'll be going to the Ferguson location from now on.“

“I just had the Best Popeyes that I have gotten in along time. Today is 5/8 I have been searching for some good popeyes I typically avoid this location from bad experience in the past, and having craving for it I tried over 5 different location all was cold chicken no sides and just not giving the Good old Popeyes I was in search for. Today I went to the Natural Bridge location and to my surprise everything was Chef Kisses! The food was on Point everything was Hot and fresh wasn't a side lacking . I have to Rave about this being the only city location left. The food was outstanding and meet all of my craving Needs. Keep up the good work Popeyes today's service was 10/10“
““I visited this location recently after moving to the area. Although the drive-thru was empty when I arrived, no one responded at the speaker, so I pulled up to the window. The young man working was assisting another customer but politely asked for a moment. He was very professional and explained that my food was being prepared fresh, so I’d need to wait a few minutes. I didn’t mind the wait at all since I prefer my food hot! My order was brought out to me promptly, and everything was great. I really appreciate the excellent service and fresh food.”

“We went to the Bridgeton location at 10:05 doors locked and saw 1 person inside. They never came to the door so we left and went to this location. Got here at 10:15. Greated with warm welcomes. And while eating we couod here the manager always being respectful to her employees. Please and thank you everytime. Tiara and Deanna were absolutely great examples of employees who care. Thank you for the great experience. And yes the food was great!“
“My wife died 2 years ago and she love Popeyes I come in 12pm and 6:30 for lunch in dinner just left early it’s seems like at 12 I’m always waiting or they never have thing up or always outta things vs when I go in at 6 things be fresh and up and good customer service store be clean and staffing is great definitely“
“I know this place doesn't have the best review. I am aware of the problems and the location and other things that are reviewed, but let me say this.
I ordered doordash last night and albeit it was late as heck and I am sure I got on everyone's last nerve for being one of the last orders before close, my food was FRESH AND CRISP AND AMAZING!
The chicken was absolutely crispy and clean and you could tell that it wasn't cooked in old oil n grease. It had flavor and crunch which is amazing (bonus it was just as delicious the next day!)
The mac n cheese SO CREAMY AND MELTY. It was made to order and just evenly beautiful. Mashed potatoes were so yummy, perhaps the sides were the scraping from the end of the night and if they were, I sure couldn't tell.
Even the hockey pucks (biscuits) were warm and buttery fresh like cushions with a soft lush feeling once it saturated the taste buds.

“came here after work at like 10 pm, long day of classes and work, stomach cramps, and fried chicken cravings. I am being serious when i say i have not had a better fast food fried chicken sandwich in my life, i worked at chick fil a for several months. i dont even write reviews much but i need whoever made my sandwich to know that they found perfection. it was perfectly crispy in like a flaky way, it was very juicy (i got it with the blackened ranch) i dont even know what else to say besides this sandwich almost had me in tears. thank you.
