STL Toasted Reviews
Went to try it for the first time today and absolutely was not disappointed. Got the classic beef T-Ravs and some gooey butter T-Ravs. The sauce was amazing. Just a heads up, if you go when they’re busy (and they probably always are) it’s a little cramped waiting for the food but it’s definitely worth waiting for!
Today we had STL Toasted on the hill! We went for Mother’s Day dinner and they didn’t disappoint! Their chicken parm sandwich was huge and absolutely delicious. Their Beef , cheese and chicken buffalo ravioli were delicious, stuffed full and super hot( temperature not spicy). The dessert raviolis were totally on point Carrot Cake was delicious and the Oreo cheesecake was out of this world! I can’t recommend them enough! They are open on Sundays and Mondays so if you are...read full review
Stopped in for lunch today on a recommendation from a friend. Ordered the Toasted Ravs and a roast beef on the homemade focaccia type bread, provolone and au jus. Everything was amazing. The toasted ravioli were definitely the best I've had. The sandwich was loaded with tasty beef and the bread set it off the charts.

STL Toasted is a restaurant that offers large, high-quality sandwiches with very large portions. The menu is simple and includes items such as a porchetta sandwich, chicken Parm sandwich, turkey sandwich, and roast beef with arugula, onions, mayo, and au jus. The sandwiches are served on house-made schiacciata bread, which is described as amazing and elevates every sandwich. The porchetta might be one of the best sandwiches ever had, and the chicken Parm sandwich is more well created than a chicken Parm dish at other restaurants. The toasted ravioli is truly the star of the show and the best toasted ravs in Stl, cooked to perfection, not hard on the edges or soggy, and packed with well seasoned, delicious beef filling. The mozzarella sticks are HUGE. The homemade croutons on the side Caesar salad are loved, but the turkey sandwich was not overly impressive because the turkey inside was still cold. The bread was still not soggy after 45 minutes, and the sandwiches hold up well. There is not a lot of seating in the shop, with a limited number of bar seating inside and a picnic table outside. A frozen chicken pot pie was phenomenal. The food is worth every penny, and ordering ahead is highly recommended due to wait times.
