I am extremely disappointed and honestly appalled by the experience I had at the Wingstop on Lindell. It was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Today I placed an order via online, about 45mins later I get a msg the order has been an cancelled. Called the store whoever answered stated the order was not cancelled an had been been picked up (DoorDash). She asked if I could come in a she would remake the order. I stated I had no transportation that’s why I payed for delivery. Wingstop is a popular spot, but they struggle with handling the crowds and the wait times can get long. The workers are doing their best, though. The atmosphere can be chaotic with young employees not always following proper hygiene practices. Overall, the food is decent, especially the seasoned fries. The customer service and cleanliness could use some improvement, but if you're looking for a quick fix of wings, Wingstop might satisfy your craving.
