“City Coffee House & Creperie is a great place to escape, the vibe is that of a hidden cafe. The food is always great, I love their lemon curd crepe, opted for the waffle this time to celebrate National Pancake Day (a waffle is just a pancake with cups to hold the syrup I’ve been told). You cannot go wrong with any selection on the board. Fresh ingredients and great staff!!“

“My husband and I enjoy dining at Mariposa. We do so often. Both alone or with family and friends we are never disappointed. It's been surprising to me how many people don't know about the restaurant. It's been fun to introduce people to Mariposa for their first visit. Chef does a masterful job of making sure that menu's selections are delicious, and served with a nice presentation. The staff is very dedicated that guests enjoy their meals. They have a small menu, with some seasonal items, but each thing I’ve had is absolutely delicious! The way they perfectly blend simple flavors, both in their food and their latte flavors, is nothing short of magical. Today I had the almond croissant and it is the perfect combination of buttery, nutty, flaky, and decadent; I got my 12 year old the pumpkin snickerdoodle and he actually said “mmm so soft and crispy with just the right amount of cinnamon.” Oh and the autumn flight was everything I hoped it would be! Stout, sweet, seasoned, perfectly balanced. If you’re ever near Clayton/Richmond Heights do not miss your opportunity to try Coma Coffee!“

Only drawback is the oil itself, a soybean blend instead of real EVOO. If Kaldi’s ever makes the switch to true Extra Virgin Olive Oil, I’d be here all the time.
I also did have to order extra protein as portions are on the smaller end.“

When we walked in Josh was on it, made us feel we were “regulars”, like he new us personally and Stacey, the hostess that seated us, was equally as welcoming and we were seated promptly. I don’t believe we got our kind servers name, but the beautiful young lady was on it as well. The chefs/kitchen were on par as well, hubby had one of the eggs Benedict with a side of biscuit and gravy, I had the Ranchers beef salad, one of the best beef and blue cheese salads I’ve EVER had, and believe me, I’ve had a “few” 😋🤫😊 Hubs also loved the huge coffee mugs his coffee and my Kahluah/hot chocolate(yum on this damp chilly day)were served in…this where my only complaint would be, my mug was chipped along the rim 😅 All that said, it was just a fantastic way to start our Sunday. “Really great vibe to this place as a soccer fan! We got the recommendation to come here to watch the Europa league final (which Manchester United sadly lost to Spurs) and we were pleasantly surprised to find the vibe to be exactly what we were looking for. The owners were really friendly and we chatted a lot on soccer, Man United etc. Their TVs have access to watch soccer all around Europe which is great. We ordered drinks and food too which was excellent, plus it was extremely reasonably priced. Definitely would go there again especially when there is a big game.“

“Living Room has THE best coffee and breakfast in St. Louis. But that’s just what gets you in the door. What keeps you coming back are the amazing staff, inviting vibes, excellent work stations (for those of us who wfh but need to have people around), and community engagement. Seriously, they have the best cortados, seasonal drinks, and bacon. But they are also vegetarian and vegan friendly and have a great selection of teas and other drinks for weirdos who don’t drink coffee. I love knowing that visiting LR means my money is going to a family-owned small business who invest in their community and put people over profit. 10/10.“

“This coffee shop inside of Waypoint church is pretty neat. They have outdoor and comfy indoor seatings. Regardless of you’re going to this church or not, it’s a very nice coffee shop to spend time with friends/family, read a book or study/work here. They have a good drink menu and pastries/breakfast items. We got the Strawberry Lemon Sparker, hot chai latte and banana bread (vegan). All were good. Service was great and inviting.
