Consistently the best Walleye in the world and the ambiance for a fisherman/hunter like myself is top notch. The most underrated restaurant in Saint Louis. If I was on death row and they asked me what I wanted for my last meal I would say “TAKE ME TO YELLOWSTONE CAFE PLEASE”.“

We have been to a few different locations now but this one was the best. The person at the counter was very backed up and still treated us with kindness and respect which is very hard to find. “I go to the Shack at least once a month. I was there recently and received excellent food and service. Jennifer was great server, nothing was too much trouble. She helped move all of our coats and bags in order to change our seats. She was cheerful and helpful. I bring my out-of-town guests here often. The menu includes healthy,creative, delicious entrees, and as well as gluten free options.“

When we walked in Josh was on it, made us feel we were “regulars”, like he new us personally and Stacey, the hostess that seated us, was equally as welcoming and we were seated promptly. I don’t believe we got our kind servers name, but the beautiful young lady was on it as well. The chefs/kitchen were on par as well, hubby had one of the eggs Benedict with a side of biscuit and gravy, I had the Ranchers beef salad, one of the best beef and blue cheese salads I’ve EVER had, and believe me, I’ve had a “few” 😋🤫😊 Hubs also loved the huge coffee mugs his coffee and my Kahluah/hot chocolate(yum on this damp chilly day)were served in…this where my only complaint would be, my mug was chipped along the rim 😅 All that said, it was just a fantastic way to start our Sunday. “Gioia’s Winghaven is our go to for sandwiches! Always get the order correct, always timely service, always wonderful customer service, always delicious! The only complaint is I can’t have them on Sunday! :( We’ve tried to go back to other sandwich shops on a Sunday and it never compares to Gioia’s. You’ve raised the bar so much, now everyone else is a disappointment.“

All i have is compliments. The drinks were excellent, the environment was clean, and the music was perfect.

“They deserve a 5.0 rating and not just a 4.9!!! The bibimbap was so good, you definitely get your money's worth out of the portion, and if you like spice, definitely something I suggest! The sushi was good as well. I also suggest getting the green tea icecream. Very subtle taste, creamy, and the after taste is where you get the green tea. The complimentary pineapple was wonderful and also a nice touch. Wonderful service and restaurant.“

“I had the chance to check out Dave’s Hot Chicken in Chesterfield, Missouri this past weekend, and I ended up going both Saturday and Sunday. That alone should say a lot about how good the experience was.
One thing that really stood out to me right away was how they opened their doors to support our Army Reserve unit. They made it easy for us to come in, get a solid meal, and stay within a budget of under $14 per person. That’s not something every place is willing to work with, and it showed a lot of respect and appreciation for service members. It meant a lot to me and the team.
Now let’s talk about the food. Dave’s Hot Chicken lives up to its name. The wings are hot. If you like spice, this is your spot. What I liked most is that it is not just heat for the sake of heat. The flavor is there too. The seasoning is on point, and you can tell they put effort into making sure the food actually tastes good, not just burns your mouth. Even going back the second day, the quality was consistent, which is something I always pay attention to.
They also had a great selection of food and drinks. Whether you want to go all in on spice or keep it more mild, there are options for everyone. That makes it easy if you are going with a group like we were, because not everyone has the same tolerance for heat. No one felt left out, and everyone walked away full.
The service was another big highlight. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. Even with a group coming in, they handled it smoothly and kept things moving. You could tell they cared about making sure we had a good experience. That kind of customer service goes a long way and is something I do not take for granted.
The restaurant itself was clean and well taken care of. Tables were wiped down, the floors looked good, and the overall atmosphere felt organized. It is one of those things that might seem small, but it makes a big difference when you are sitting down to eat.
Overall, this was a great experience. Good food, strong flavors, fair pricing, and a team that knows how to take care of their customers. The fact that they supported our Army Reserve group and worked within a budget just made it even better.
I would definitely come back again, and honestly, I probably will the next time I am in the area. If you are in Chesterfield and want something with real flavor and a little kick, Dave’s Hot Chicken is worth checking out.“

I was working a private event with Blues Fired Pizza on Saturday and as I was closing the truck door to begin prepping and service, a friendly warm voice from an older gentleman said “Hello!” From the side as he was talking to the event coordinator. After shift I stuck around to wander the area and wanted to check out their truck. I met Steve (that friendly warm voice that had greeted me hours before) and he asked me how I was and how we did. Asked me if I’d like to order anything. I was shocked because I didn’t want to assume I could also order- having not been part of the event. I asked if it was okay and he said “Sure! We have to take care of our own!” With a genuine smile on his face. I heard stories of this industry being a cut-throat business. I was more than willing to pay for my pizza but Steve assured me it was okay. (I did drop a tip in their tip can) 🙂 ***** I had the 8" Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. Garlic/Ranch Sauce, Chicken, Bacon, Jalapeño, Cheddar Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese. (Pictured) It was AMAZING! I’m so tired of these big chain pizza places and I’m sooo happy that I went to Blues Fired Pizza’s truck! The dough was fresh, soft, and had that fire oven taste and crisp. You can tell the dough is made from scratch. I’ve driven past them numerous times in Kirkwood at their little pizza shack… but never stopped in. I’ll be glad to come by and order for sure! “Living Room has THE best coffee and breakfast in St. Louis. But that’s just what gets you in the door. What keeps you coming back are the amazing staff, inviting vibes, excellent work stations (for those of us who wfh but need to have people around), and community engagement. Seriously, they have the best cortados, seasonal drinks, and bacon. But they are also vegetarian and vegan friendly and have a great selection of teas and other drinks for weirdos who don’t drink coffee. I love knowing that visiting LR means my money is going to a family-owned small business who invest in their community and put people over profit. 10/10.“

They were running a little behind and couldn't seat us at the time of our reservation (it wasn't even that long of a delay compared to other restaurants) so they gave us a free round of drinks, which was lovely. One note is that if you have anyone in your party with mobility issues who might have trouble sitting at a stool or high-top table, make sure to request one of the booth tables that have normal height chairs with backs.“

In my head I was thinking id get a couple tall boys or IPAs or something, but I was shocked to see the total at like $40-$50. “This was such a cute little family owned restaurant. While it looked like most people picked up for delivery, you can eat in and they give you paper plates. We ordered the popcorn chicken which had fried basil in it and it was so unexpected and delicious! My littles loved the stir fry noodles. Also unexpected was what they called Chicken Chili stir fry! The pork belly melted in our mouths!! Absolutely delicious. We will be back“

“This place is the most welcoming, warm, full of good people dive bar I have ever been to in my life. Lots of pinball machines, wonderful bartenders and patrons, Dan-o's pizza if you get hungry. The pinball machines are half the cost. They are anywhere else that I've been to. The owners are amazing. And the people are such a great group of people. This place has been my home bar for 4 years and I don't see that changing. I always feel safe, welcome, and protected when I am in this bar. Highly recommend, especially if you are into pinball and punk rock“

“My sister gifted my husband and I a gift card for Xmas. She works for three kings in south county another establishment with the same owners. The food and atmosphere at Three Kings is so great that we were thrilled to see they’d opened a Mexican restaurant as we love tacos! Just from walking up from the partying lot, I knew it would be great! The outside dining had lots of themed touches that were really nice! Soon as we walked in we were greeted and told of our wait time. we really appreciated that the hostess took our number and called us when our table was ready. We ended up sitting and waiting, we like to people watch :D the decor was gorgeous! I loved the succulent chandelier, the floral walls, the ceramic and the mosaic touches! All of their establishments are inviting and really create a nice atmosphere! Our server Charlie was friendly and knowledgeable regarding drinks and food! We each had a delicious margarita! The chips and salsa were fantastic! My husband ordered a smothered burrito and I opted for a taco plate. I was very impressed with the amount of options on the food especially for health conscious people- vegan, gluten free, etc! I loved that I could mix and match, I had a Baja fish taco and the vegan chorizo. Both were amazing! The slaw on the baja taco was sweet and crunchy! This was my first experience with vegan chorizo and it was the perfect amount of spicy! The plantains were delicious and basically became our dessert! We over indulged too much and skipped dessert, but we will be back soon so that we can order the Churros! Highly recommend checking out Tres Reyes and or Three Kings if you haven’t yet!
