“First off I must say how impressed I was with the cashier. His name was Aiden and he is 16, I found out. His professionalism in food handling is very admirable, especially being so young. His work ethic and watching him actually handling food correctly was so spot on and refreshing to see!! He knew the answer to every question I asked him. He told me what was in each item without looking at the menu or asking a manger. He knew his stufff. He was so respectable and friendly and not some "young dumb teenager". I can't say enough how great of an experience I had and actually getting full. It has been too long since I came here and I am so glad my husband talked me into going to Gringos. We live about 25 mins from there so it is a bit of a drive but well worth it!! Seemed like it was expensive... until we got our food!!! WOW! The most meat and cheese and lettuce I have ever seen squished into the shell!! One taco here is like eating 4 or 5 from any other establishment that serves tacos!! Beth was my server, and did a good job juggling her tables, as well as accommodating a bridal shower celebration on the other side of the restaurant. “Wow! How amazing it is to find such a good Indian food at a truck stop! We got the butter chicken, paneer bhurji, tandoori roti, and samosas. Everything was great. The truck stop itself is pretty good, stocked up with a variety of Indian biscuits, puffs, makhanas, and all.

“You're guy's food is pretty good for the most part. Although, I think you guys are confused about something. I will now add 2 pictures. One is of WONTONS. The other, is a picture of wonton chips, which I was given. We called to ask about the issue, and you said people eat them like chips. It doesn't say 'wonton chips' on the menu. It says "wontons." The cashew chicken I ordered was very well done ?. I will be a returning customer for that, I just won't be getting the wontons anymore ?. The crab Rangoons are phenomenal! I'll probably go with them from now on.“

We have been visiting this establishment for over14 years! Traditional every New Year’s Day with visits sprinkled throughout the year! The last two years have been heartbreaking! Basically sat and watched someone cook!! No interaction!! For a party of 6 adults and 6 little boys it was devastating as others were served with entertaining and enter active chefs!! I wasn’t the only one who noticed the boredom and sad meal! Another chef expressed his regret for our meal! Not sure where will continue our tradition this year? Not sure if a special request is required but our last visit was the worst!“

The egg was fine for my vegetarian self, but I really respect him anticipating that I might be vegan and clarifying about the egg. The food was, as expected, divine. It seemed to be owned and operated by the two people there, who greeted us on the way in and out. Not just respectful and great food, but kind local owners too.“
