We ordered four cookies: the Strawberry Cookie, Oreo Cookie, Birthday Cookie, and the Toffee Cake. Each one was absolutely amazing—rich flavors, perfect textures, and a real treat for me and my two daughters! Crumbl consistently delivers on quality, and we loved every bite.
However, the service on December 2nd around 6 PM left a bit to be desired. The middle-aged woman taking orders seemed impatient as we decided between two cookies, even though there was no line behind us. It made the experience less enjoyable and felt unnecessarily rushed.
To the Crumbl leadership team (CEO, COO): Please ensure all staff are trained on the importance of friendly and welcoming customer service. It's just as vital as the quality of your cookies.
Overall, the cookies were fantastic, but a little more kindness at the counter would make the experience perfect!“

“So I am pregnant and I LOVE peppermint ice cream and no other stores sell it near me. I was really craving some so I went and picked up a quart of it and a cup of it with a brownie. These ladies that were on shift were the absolute sweetest people ever. I don't know what I was thinking, obviously I was not or maybe its the pregnancy brain. I left my bag on top of my car and when I say I got all the way home to realize what I had done the tears were already streaming down my face. I called to let them know what happened and they replaced my order free of charge! When I pulled up I could see the ice cream smeared on the road in front of the plaza. Broke my heart. I'm beyond grateful and I know its just ice cream but its not to me its my FAVORITE ice cream ever. So thank you to the beautiful ladies that were on shift tonight, the assistant manager handled my breakdown with such ease, thank you again and MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YALL<3“

It is not typical lately when I have been shopping or stopping for food, that I have been greeted by young adults that care about their job or the people they come in contact with. “Love this DQ! Just recently we went and our truck died in the drive thru, they sent out two guys to help us push our truck out of the way and then also gave us a 10% “bad day” discount and all were happy to help. It just shows that they care for their customers and made what could have been an awkward and bad experience a great one. Thanks again!“
