“Very clean restaurant with great customer service and even better food!“

“I called Mrs Gilmore's twice, and emailed once about a group of about 15 women who wanted to have lunch at Mrs. Gilmore's. No one answered my email, and neither time I called was the need for a reservation mentioned. When we arrived, they evidently mistook our group for another one who was also lunching there that day. Once the error was discovered it became evident they were not prepared for our group. We were made to feel as if we'd done something wrong. They seated us in another area, our drink orders taken and delivered, and we never saw our server again. Finally, after one of us had to leave in order to get food before going to work, we decided to go elsewhere. A neighboring restaurant was able to accommodate us quickly without fuss, despite being short handed. We had our food within a surprisingly short time. Thank you, Big Momma's. We'll be back.“

“Druff's is my favorite place in Springfield. We go almost every other Sunday after church. I recommend just about everything on the menu. I prefer a side of homemade tomato soup, but the other sides are delicious as well. I don't know how they do it, but the sandwiches are perfectly crispy and cheesy every single time.

My usual is the backwoods sandwich, but the the too cute is a great, non-sandwich, option.

They also have amazing cocktails for a Sunday fun day.

“Best smash burger I've ever had. Fries are great and the home made ranch goes perfect with it all. Unfortunately, we always get the same waiter, that messes up our order every time lol. He refuses to write down the order and it's always wrong. Nice guy, but good grief. I can't stress this enough.... Hands down, Best burger this side of the Mississippi. Another wasted trip though.“

“We were in Springfield for a basketball tournament. Unsure of where to dine, we discovered a well-known establishment and were thrilled to eat there with my family. Upon arrival without a reservation, we were seated promptly, appreciative of the kind service and the staff's remarkable knowledge. Everyone exhibited exceptional kindness, and as a discerning diner, I found the spaghetti, bread, calamari, salad, and all dishes outstanding. My husband ordered the fried lasagna, which was promptly delivered to our table, fresh and hot. The staff's kindness was impressive, creating an atmosphere I truly appreciate, and we intend to return. Thank you for hosting us and treating our family with such consideration, which means a great deal, as it appears to be a very popular destination! “Been stopping here for decades! Great food always, however I just was served mashed potatoes that were canary yellow! Asked what was in them because they tasted bad and waitress said chicken broth among other seasoning. Wth! Who puts chicken broth in mashed potatoes? Stop. It.“

“The Hillbilly needed a place to watch the KC Chiefs start the new season. Harbell's was a great place for opening night!
As you can see from the pictures, it was packed! Thankfully, a very intelligent young man I know got there early, so my seat was waiting on me when I arrived.
Great food, fantastic staff, and absolutely some of the best Cheese Fries I've ever had!

“There are two restaurants side by side next to the gates. I am not actually sure if they are owned and operated separately. The side on the left facing the counter does pizza, the right side does sandwiches. If you look at the video posted by a previous reviewer, you will see what I mean. Since I don't see a separate restaurant in Google maps, I will assume they are one unit. In this review I am reviewing the sandwich side.

I had the Nashville chicken sandwich. It was ok. In terms of value and serving size, you have to remind yourself that you are in an airport and choices are limited. They can charge a lot of money for a small meal. But in terms of taste, it tastes good.“

“WOW the 2 pork chop plate is still available but not on the menu. The Philly Steak BOWL 🍜 was just AwEsOmE 👍... My son had the sandwich 🥪 he gets it EVERYTIME we go. Some of the staff, I'm thinking she was a manager, but she is not very friendly to her staff or customers.
So, my son and I have been VERY BLESSED to have each other, because our family is out of State. Every Thanksgiving and Christmas, for the last 3 yrs, he and I take 1 to 3 ppl that don't have Family here or that can't afford to go out to eat, with us to enjoy a good meal and good company. Thanks to the good food, good conversations, the waitress/waiter, but, mainly HIGHEST THANKS TO THE COOKS!!!! Without a good cook, ya can't have good food. THANK YOU ALL!!!!“

“I like RibCrib ik, but this one is a little better than the others. The one is built a little differently and is decorated a little better than the others in the chain.
The food came out fresh, we had a large party, too many to list everyone's choices, but all seemed to enjoy the food.
I had a Platter called the motherload, which has a variety of meats. The sausage, chicken, and brisket stood out from the rest.
I recommend this RibCrib and would certainly go again.

Note to RibCrib- I wish you had burnt ends!!“
