Sandwich Shops near Willard

“I came in Saturday night at 9:30 after racing all day, exhausted I went inside to place my order and was met by Luke who was awesome to deal with and very personable. As some one who was a former assistant GM of a fortune 500 restaurant I would not only give Luke a raise a but also would value the kind of employee that he is that makes a customer feel welcome“

“Such a tiny place but serving BIG portions & BIG flavors. We had the Yo' Adrian Cheesesteak w/fries..PHENOMENAL! We absolutely love this place & looking so forward to visiting again.“

“Very kind staff and absolutely amazing subs. Highly recommend 💛“

“So many yummy sandwiches for cheap prices, definitely worth the hype!“

“This is a well-managed and well- staffed McAlister's. Food is always great, employees check on patrons and the space is inviting. Only caveat is the space near the front that is closed. Seems like it's been like that for a while.“

“But guy didn't even know what a cheese mix sub was.....“

“We stopped into this subway for lunch between doctors appointments. It was very busy but one of the two employees working, Emily, provided incredible speed and service. She was clearly doing her shift with a newer or just slower employee and gracefully picked up the slack. We got through the line very quickly, which wouldn't have been possible without Emily's effort and dedication to giving every customer there a good experience. She made our order, and every other order we watched her take, perfectly and efficiently. She never missed a beat -- we were very impressed!“

“I contacted the manager at the Kimbrough location before Thanksgiving to request an order that would be our Thanksgiving dinner. My son recently lost his wife and this was his first Thanksgiving without her (she was an incredible lady), so there was a lot of sadness in our hearts. So, because my son loves Firehouse Subs, that's what I wanted to do for him for Thanksgiving. The manager didn't even hesitate, she was more than willing to provide the sandwiches and she provided the ingredients so we could make our own sandwiches on Thanksgiving Day. When she called to tell me the food was ready for me to pick up Wednesday evening, she told me something I did not expect! She did not charge me for the food and it was such an extremely nice thing for her to do, it made me cry. When I told my son what Firehouse Subs did for us, he and I both cried, because it was such a kind, unexpected gesture and it helped so much when we were dealing with the loss of his wife during the holidays. It gave me some hope that there are good people still left in this world. Thank you to the Manager personally for this simple act of kindness you did for my family; and thank you to the entire staff for all of their help and patience when I was getting this ordered.“

“This location is phenomenal. Take that from me, a shift lead at a Jersey Mike’s in Wichita, Kansas. The manager was super attentive and friendly, and the food was spectacular. I would absolutely visit this location again, they are amazing!!!“

“We loved this place and it happened to work out really well for our family. Unfortunately they do not have an allergy friendly menu and they no longer honor the Sunday kid meal deal. They now offer a different deal on Tuesday and Saturday. It’s disappointing that the company doesn’t still do it, but the only issue we had was there was nothing that said it was no longer an option.“

“Absolutely the best tea! Great soups, sandwiches, salads, and spuds! Salads and spuds are huge!“

“Their new wheat subs are the best! They are the friendliest place to eat and yes they are freaky fast! My top favs are Tuna & the Hunter's club.“

“To the sandwich gurus that’s rocked out mine and my husbands sandwiches this morning… you brought back a nostalgic feeling of the greatness of subway. Thank you for the best Sammi we’ve had in a long time. Great job.“

“I ordered a party sub along with party platter for a family Christmas gathering. The manager ( Derrick ) helped me through the process as to what my options were and once we ordered the gathering was great along with great food from Subway. The manager even called the day after Christmas to see how things went... I let him know that he had done a great job and the sandwich was wonderful. I will be back next year for another sandwich. Thanks to Derrick our family Christmas was great.... Thanks from our family“

“A review for Subway? Normally, I wouldn’t bother. We all know what a Subway is, but this experience was exceptional.

Newly remodeled, wonderful service and attitudes in everyone at the store, clean, and a great sandwich. Management is doing something right.“

“My server number was 5523 and 1:51 pm om 3/20/2026. He was wonderful! Did exactly what I wanted even though im weird about it and even made it fun and we messing with me. Definitely made my day after the crap morning I had! Thank you sir! I appreciate you“

“I’m out of town working, my phone died and I don’t get access to my Airbnb for a few more hours. I walked into Subway hungry and needed an outlet to charge my phone. Shae / Shay recognized my main concern was the outlet for my phone, and had already located one before she made my sandwich. She was incredibly kind, and I wish I could do more to say thank you!“

“So.... it was 3 til close and I was slowly driving by like a creeper because I was scared of being too late and your employee, Dylan, saw my lost self so he waved me in through his fish bowl of a window letting me know I wouldn’t be a nuisance if I last minute came in. This dude was such a sweet soul and made me feel like I was not in the way of his closing routine. For years I had a bad review for this location but Dylan’s actions were enough for me to take my time to change my heart and leave a pleasant review for a location I despised. Thank you, Dylan! You’re doing a great job.“

“Elijah was so very nice to my son and I. It was almost closing time and everything was cleaned up and ready to be shut down. I apologized to him for coming in so close to closing time. He reassured me it was no big deal and we were welcome there. He let us sample different sauces, told us what his favorite sandwich was and so on. Its not everyday you find someone who seems to genuinely enjoy what they do, especially this time of year. Job well done young man :)“
