The young people working there were extremely friendship and even gave me a recommendation for a sandwich to try next time. “My husband and I went to this location yesterday evening. I asked the nice cashier if I’d be able to add oil and vinegar to the sandwich like subway does. She politely said of course. My husband made a joke saying “if you think the amount will kill her, it’s not enough.” The sandwich artist drenched the sandwich in oil and vinegar to the point it was all dripping wet. “The service was friendly and atmosphere comfortable the food was mediocre. Small salads and was not as menu described. The nachos my daughter ordered were awful in presentation and taste. Chips were thick and stale and just dropped onto a plate with a bowl of cheese dip on the side. Berry lemonade was delish!“

“I had trouble placing my order online so I went ahead and went in and was worried because I had several items to order. But the young lady working handled it wonderfully. She was efficient and fast, and made sure to give me awesome service even tho I forgot a few items and she had to back track to fix my order. I wish I would’ve caught her name to give her the recognition she deserves but she was awesome. Our sandwiches tasted good, the store was super clean, and of course like I said the service was amazing.“

“I'm not sure what is going on with this Biloxi Walmart Subway location, but I think every other subway needs to take note. I ordered several subs on the app, one of them being the Subway club. Right after I ordered, I received a phone call from the restaurant letting me know that one of the meats (ham) was not available. She gave me several options, one option was to add more turkey and roast beef to the sandwich, which is the one I chose. She was so friendly and professional and engaging. I was thankful for the call and told her as much. To add to that, when we picked up our order and brought it home, we found a handwritten-note apologizing for the inconvenience on a complementary 12-inch chocolate chip cookie. I do not remember the last time I had such professional and friendly service. And all the sandwiches were excellent...well made and delicious. She went above and beyond, and the service was impeccable.“

“My boyfriend and I went to this location after 10pm. Gena was working solo. She had 2 guests in front of us and she never stopped smiling. Her demeanor was one that you do not really get to see from service industry workers anymore. Especially during a graveyard shift. She maintained a very clean work space and changed gloves between every person. Sure the gloves are something that should be changed but again, this practice is sometimes missing. I tried to tip her in cash but she was not able to take any. Since I wasn't able to tip her I wanted to make sure she got a good review. Gena is such a sweet soul and it is refreshing to see a young employee with such a positive attitude taking pride in their work! Thanks Gena!“

“Great Subway, I took my business here after horrible customer service at the subway down the road. The woman who served us at 12:30pm on June 2nd was very sweet and considerate of my allergies(although I know cross contamination can still happen). They accept coupons here which is why I chose this location. Great service and sub!“
