“Now, I’m not the one to leave bad comments, but now, on Oct 14, 2023, I visited the Brandon store and got in the mobile line and didn’t know there were 2 separate lines only to get to the attendant and was told that I had to circle back around and get in the drive thru line because, I can’t take drive thru orders in this line. Well, I circled the building and made sure I got in the drive thru line with a customer in front of me having mobile app issues that should have been in the mobile line. The same attendant that told me to circle the building came from the mobile line and took the order of the customer. Once that attendant was done with that customer I questioned the fact why my order couldn’t be taken from the mobile line when I was in it like you came over to the drive thru line with that customer that was having mobile issues? It was unacceptable. That’s all I have folks.“

“Although I never received my pizza the evening before, Greg (the manager on duty) went above and beyond to make things right. He listened to my complaint and provided a solution with no excuses. I will continue to order from this establishment multiple times throughout the week all because of Greg's character and quality assurance. You rock, Greg!!“

“The service and food here is reliably great. And the lobby is clean and welcoming. 5 stars. The one thing I will say is that the breakfast offerings are often WAY to salty. Probably just a cook over seasoning the eggs or whatever. I'd encourage management to look into that. Other than that, this place is great!“

Gavin and Keaton were as friendly as any persons I could want to have helped me --w/ door and carry pizza to car for me; open; friendly, willing to chat, or joke around or just chill if that be the preferred
