“Floor has been sticky near drink machines 3 of last 5 times I've been here. NEVER any ketchup in the dispenser. Slow kitchen service. Repeatedly Disappointed. Need better management.

“I placed an order through the app and had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through just for them to not be able to find my order even though it showed that I was at the right location and my order had went through. Despite that Terry who was working the window was extremely nice and made sure we got our order. Major shout out to him because they obviously had a big rush going on and were very busy. He could have been upset/rude/not filled our order but instead he was very kind and made it right for us. Instead of feeling like we never want to come back to this location because of the long wait and our order being messed up we definitely will be coming back.“

“Now, I’m not the one to leave bad comments, but now, on Oct 14, 2023, I visited the Brandon store and got in the mobile line and didn’t know there were 2 separate lines only to get to the attendant and was told that I had to circle back around and get in the drive thru line because, I can’t take drive thru orders in this line. Well, I circled the building and made sure I got in the drive thru line with a customer in front of me having mobile app issues that should have been in the mobile line. The same attendant that told me to circle the building came from the mobile line and took the order of the customer. Once that attendant was done with that customer I questioned the fact why my order couldn’t be taken from the mobile line when I was in it like you came over to the drive thru line with that customer that was having mobile issues? It was unacceptable. That’s all I have folks.“
