“It’s been a while since I’ve eaten here, but this is my favorite places to eat in Charleston! All of the food is delicious, but Mr. James Paul’s Seafood Gumbo was my favorite dish & Ms. Kay’s mother’s homemade Chocolate Pie was always a must... no matter how stuffed my belly was! Very friendly atmosphere!!!“

“Great food and extremely friendly staff! They were great. We came in late after being stuck in traffic and almost out of gas - not only did they work with us, but they offered to help us to the gas station. We made it, but they even checked on us to be sure we did! Food was great - we had Chef’s special filet and caramel cobbler for dessert. All homemade desserts and it shows! Worth the trip!“
