“Had the best service at a fast food restaurant here. My children always order for themselves and the ladies were so patient and kind to them. They accidentally gave me sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea and when I brought it to their attention she was so apologetic and we had a good laugh about it since I am probably the only persons to order unsweetened tea in Mississippi.“

“I ordered delivery and received the wrong order. I called the store and they offered a credit or they would remake the correct order. I have picky eaters and needed the order I placed originally. It was delivered quickly! The girl I spoke with was very professional and kind about the error. Appreciate them making it right in a timely manner! :)“

“It was very busy in there but the manager lady was on the ball and went over and above to make sure my order was right. Then after my order was almost finished, I piled on top an emergency additional order so she quickly prepared it and rushed it for me. The only downside is that I don't think their pizza is as good as it used to be.“

“I regularly eat at the Senatobia Burger King and it is always fantastic. I order breakfast from there almost every weekday and I’m usually completely through the drive thru in 2 minutes or less. Tonight, they went the extra mile. I showed up at 11:20 PM (40 minutes before closing) and ordered 16 nuggets. It was late, so it was a small wait, as I expected (maybe 4 minutes?). Not only did they promptly serve me 16 fresh nuggets without one complaint, but they also threw in some fries for the wait, and it wasn’t even that long of a wait. This Burger King location consistently provides great customer service, and they should be recognized for it.“
