“We eat at this Arby’s fairly often. It’s the only fast food place that always has friendly staff, very clean tables and interior and gets the order right.
Food is good and they make a real effort to please you.
How many times do you go to fast food places and find employees with a poor attitude, mostly dirty tables and nobody cleaning them plus they get the order wrong? NOT HERE. THESE FOLKS ARE GREAT!!

“Now, I’m not the one to leave bad comments, but now, on Oct 14, 2023, I visited the Brandon store and got in the mobile line and didn’t know there were 2 separate lines only to get to the attendant and was told that I had to circle back around and get in the drive thru line because, I can’t take drive thru orders in this line. Well, I circled the building and made sure I got in the drive thru line with a customer in front of me having mobile app issues that should have been in the mobile line. The same attendant that told me to circle the building came from the mobile line and took the order of the customer. Once that attendant was done with that customer I questioned the fact why my order couldn’t be taken from the mobile line when I was in it like you came over to the drive thru line with that customer that was having mobile issues? It was unacceptable. That’s all I have folks.“

“I waited 10 - 15 minutes on my food. At 1:15 both lines were busy so I walked up. I was informed by the cashier that they were making fresh sandwiches so it would be a few. Few minutes later I was asked if I wanted something to drink due to the wait and declined the offer. I get home and open my bag and there were 2 apple pies in it. I called up there and told the manager they did an awesome job and keep up the good work. My order was $4.50 , I know people always complain but a compliment can go a long way as well. “When they're not super super busy and they are at lunch time the food is always great the service is relatively fast and the prices are lower than other fast food restaurants in the area. The country fried steak combo is awesome exclamation point but I would suggest you have pepper packets because the steak sandwich is so much better with black pepper on it. I'm not sure why you stopped having that but my suggestion please have them“

Overall, I feel 4 stars is worthy. I will not judge because I didn't care for 1 item. The service and other food is worthy of a surprising 5!“

Rally’s don’t sit things to warm they cook what you order. Rally’s will always be my go to. Everytime I go they just don’t miss. “45 minutes! We ended up waiting 45 to get our order. We ordered 2 10 piece spicy boxes of chicken only and a large rice. We were told that it would take 20-25 before spicy chicken was ready. We agreed to the wait. However, when the timer on the chicken went off, the cook took another 5-10 minutes to pull it up. I'm giving the four stars because the chicken was hot and the cashier was kind.“

“One of our favorite places to a door dash type of delivery. TONS AND TONS AND TONS of different types of food from burgers to mushrooms to sandwiches to fish. Much of the menu is fried but carefully battered. It does seem like they fry most things in the same grease. Honestly, it's a delicious treat here and there. I recommend the fried mushrooms and the fried dill pickle spears.“
